Verified reviewThe company is great, the golf balls were in as good if not better than expected. One draw back was the shipping. For the cost Fed Ex delayed the deliver date twice so the balls got to me a week past the original date of delivery. Even then I was told they would not be here until the Wednesday and all of a sudden they show up on the Sunday before the Wednesday. Fed Ex is a mess. Their managers must all be living on deserted islands. I have ordered golf balls from LostBalls before and their products are super and I will order again but I might suggest they switch to UPS or USPS. I just ordered balls from another company and shipping was $6.00 as opposed to the double amount from Fed Ex.

Verified reviewQuality of the balls received seemed quite poor in comparison to the published rating scale. I had ordered 4A which is described as “ball that has been played for a few holes.” In realty, the majority of balls that I received looked as though they had gone through a full round (if not longer). A number of the balls had noticeable scuff marks on them and a couple were even range balls that were clearly stamped with “PRACTICE.” This was the first time ordering from Lost Balls and likely to be the last. Very disappointed in the quality / condition of the balls in this order especially for the price paid.
