Verified reviewI received the product and the bucket was cracked and all the balls were in the box; I called and they said it was the shippers problem and they would send me a bucket. Haven't received it yet. If I don't, I will return; terrible customer service

Your service was so rude. That's what the real problem was. They acted like it was my problem? I don't care if it's a shipping issue. The buckets were destroyed and balls rattling around the box. Shouldn't just replaced and be done; no, I had to wait weeks to get stupid new buckets. Very annoying. These are first world problems I'm aware but at least you can provide good service. If someone would've just acknowledged the issue and sent replacement buckets in a few days no harm no foul. NO, the guy has to be smart ass and act like it's not your problem it's the shipper. I'm getting pissed off again so I'll just use another company going forward so I don't' have to deal with your service. Should call it "Lostcustomers.com"

Verified reviewWhen I received my package, there was no damage to the outside of the box. I was so surprised and upset then to open up the box and see the container holding my golf balls was completely smashed. There was no tissue, packing peanuts, or any support packaging to protect the product. I had to spend time sorting through loose golf balls and sharp plastic.
