I actually ordered the wrong ball by mistake and customer service took care of it, no questions asked, over the phone. They sent me a return label and took my order for the correct ball. The new balls arrived in three days.

Had a problem with last order’s packaging which resulted in 18 of the 72 balls ordered escaping the box. Notified customer service and received a prompt partial refund covering the cost of the lost balls.

Verified reviewI have purchased from several recycled ball sites and Lost Golf Balls is by far the best there is. Great value for the product, shipping on larger orders is always free and I usually receive my order in 3 days, have never had one go over 5 days from order to delivery. The website is super easy to find what you want, and check out is a breeze. I don't even check prices at other places any more and I play 250 rounds a year.

Verified reviewI ordered 3 dozen mint Titleist AVX balls and they looked perfect. I then ordered the 48 ball bucket using the pre-Christmas discounts. Still a good bargain but these balls were not what I would call mint. But they are good. After my order. Mint AVX were no longer available for sale on site. I figured some of my balls were just borderline mint in the company’s view. Or they just figured I would do as I am and settle for them. I was a little disappointed after the first order. I bragged to all my golf fiends and showed them the balls. Not this time. They were delivered quickly though.
