Verified reviewProcessing expectations poorly met. If you pay $40 more for 2-day shipping don't expect it to come in 2 business days. Their policy allows them to sit on the shipment for 4 business days meaning you'll get your items in 6 business days. I contacted customer service regarding my late shipment delivery and instead of working something out to retain my business, they sent me a short 5 letter word response with a link to their shipping policy. Products are good, customer service is not. Ordering elsewhere next time.

Verified reviewGiving a 3/5 here because in the dozen Bridgestone e12's I ordered, not all of them were actually e12's. I had a similar problem with an order I placed a little later down the road. Not sure if its just carelessness when compiling the order but when close to half of the dozen balls are not what you ordered most people would get annoyed too I imagine. The only thing that will keep me coming back is that I reached out to customer service and they corrected the issue in a very fast and professional manner! Big shout out to them for that, it goes a long a way in customer retention and I love when businesses maintain a high level of customer care!
