Verified reviewGolf balls were advertised as Mint (5A) ... however, many of the balls have scuff marks on them ... and blotted ink spots in different places on the balls. These are NOT MINT condition balls.

Verified reviewI've been a customer for years and always very satisfied with the product and service, thus, the reason I've remained a customer for years. This order was substandard, I always order Mint condition as I'm picky about my golf balls. Based on the website, they are described as like new and can't tell they been played. This particular bucket of 48 had 34 substandard balls. Customer service told me to send back the substandard balls, which is great and I'm sure the situation will be resolved. However, I had to go to a packaging place, pay $5 for a box to send back the balls, not to mention take time out of my day and gas, to rectify a situation that should not have been present.
