Verified reviewOrdered two dozen balls and 8 of the 24 were the wrong ball. They did offer to replace the 8 and sent 8 more. 2 of those 8 were the wrong ball as well. Instead of sending two more they offered a refund for 2 balls, probably because it was cheaper for them.

Verified reviewOrdered 4 dozen balls. All were in great condition with just a couple of them having marker lines on them (no biggie). I did only receive 46/48 balls but customer service responded quickly and offered credit or a refund. Will continue to order golf balls from here going forward.

Verified reviewI have placed several orders for "mint" golf balls with lostgolfball.com. Up until this last order I have always been very pleased. Although, the balls are in good condition, they are not in the same "mint" condition as I have received in the past. Usually, they are in nylon bags of 12 each. This time they were all loose in the tub. I will probably order again but hope this is not a sign of what is to come.
