Verified reviewMy experience this time was not as smooth as it was the first time I ordered. I placed an order and some of the items were not available but they didn't communicate that for nearly a month. I kept emailing and calling and got no response for a while. Finally a customer service manager returned my call and shared what had happened and got the rest of my order shipped out immediately. They did make it right in the end, which was appreciated. There just seemed to be some sort of communication breakdown about shipping what WAS available and contacting me about a substitution. This happened when my product ordered wasn't available due to high volume of orders that came in during that timeframe.

Verified reviewAlways get my balls from here because I don't have a need for those super expensive brand new balls. That said, I think I got some near mint balls that had noticable cuts in them which I wouldn't expect for something considered near mint. A little bit more consistent quality would be preferred. That said, I'd buy them again because most are about what I expect with just random branding or a little bit dirty

Verified reviewVery happy overall. Ordered the TP5X 48 bucket. Had about 8 regular TP5 balls in the bucket though. I payed for the highest quality balls and I’d say at the most 26 of the balls would be of that quality. I had my hopes up with spending a hundred bucks, but just glad I got playable balls.
