Verified reviewWould easily be a 5 star review I'd customer service responded on time. But. Once they do, they ate very upfront and quick about your issue. Ordered twice from them. First order never received, once finally getting a hold of customer service they refunded and gave me a credit to order again, so I did. Second order came in and loved the golf balls I recived look and feel brand new. Didn't get 2 dozen of them, and once they did reply, a quick refund again for the missing ones. Will be ordering again, because of the quality they send out. If they just got back to me quickly instead of a second or 3rd time asking for help with something, easily 5 stars. Still very helpful once they reply.
