  The food was a fail with my 4 cats, even the one that is not picky at all wouldn't eat it, the worst was the "Pkoe Bowl, Tuna and Turkey entre in gravy" I had never heard of this brand but it came up when I was searching for food for cats with a sensitive stomach, I read the reviews and went for everything that had a good review, this "Tuna, and Turkey" was one with high ratings so I went ahead and ordered 24 cans, but it failed dramatically just like the other products I ordered, none were liked by any of my 4 cats or outside cats. I feed two outside cats and they wouldn't eat it either, so basically I wasted the total of $74.00 for the order I placed. I didn't return since I would have had to pay for shipping and I had already wasted enough money.

  I just received my second order. First time I bought the chicken pâté. They really enjoyed it. Second order I placed was for the duck. Not really favored. In fact I'm about to order the Chicken again and remain with that. Overall my cat's like it. Ordering is easy and receiving it was timely.

  This cat food is a good brand. Made of great ingredients. I did a lot of research before purchasing abs started with the duck pate. My 3 cats liked it and so I went a head and ordered the lamb. Two of my cats wouldn’t touch the lamb and the one they ate it kept throwing it up. I reached out to the company and I got a lot of attitude. The gos why I give it 4 stars. I just wanted to return the one box of lamb that I didn’t open since I had bought two cases and knew I couldn’t returned the open one from the website return policy. I called the number it says to call about return and the first thing the lady said was they don’t do returns over the phone, only by emails. So why do they have a number listed for returns I have no idea. Long story short she didn’t want to help me and kept acting like she was doing me this huge favor allowing a credit. I am now searching again for a different brand. Who needs the hassle.

  My boy has ibd and I was cooking lamb all the time and it's hard to keep up. Did research and found their stew and my boy loves it. It's been a couple months and his ibd hasn't flared up. Grabbing a can makes things so much easier but I do have a issue. I'm a reoccurring customer now and will be for a few years. Need to set up a loyalty plan. Food is expensive and thr shipping is pretty bad too. Would be nice if you did like the other suppliers and give a discount on our consistent orders.
