  I like the food for my dogs. The cats did not like their food. I did prefer shipping thru FedEx. It took so long to get my order by USPS. I will order sooner next time.

  I have been buying this cat food for many years. My cats love it and I do too. Tummy issues are gone . Coats are healthy. And all ingredients are just what you get . I buy duck so I get duck . No fillers no by products just pure yummy Ness. I tasted it and it's delicious 😋 Thank you for a great product

  Great way to order dog food. The canned salmon is a little smellier than other I tried, but our dogs seem to still enjoy it. Shipping was good, no issues with dented cans. Came in good timing. So far so good.

  This is based on delivery. I placed order on 3/9/24 and tracking says I won’t receive until 3/18/24; It is coming from Salt Lake City and I live near Phoenix. It sat in a SLC usps facility for over 4 days before being shipped to Phoenix.

  I reached out to customer service and spoke with Stephanie about an order I had placed 6 days prior that was not showing shipped yet. I have a cat with IBD and the limited ingredient rabbit is the only food she tolerates. I was getting nervous because I was down to 6 cans. She explained that there was a glitch in the system and she would process my order with expedited shipping. I am grateful for honesty and professionalism.

  The highest quality product on the market! This is the only brand of cat food that two of my 5 cats can eat without having an allergic reaction or intestinal problems. That says a lot since I have tried them ALL. I have an 18 year old that I found this brand to be the only one that she doesn't have intestinal issues and is now at a healthy weight.

  We love Koha and wish they had more limited ingredient packets... I remember they used to carry one that said "I'm single, let's meat!" on the front and those were the best for our cat with some severe food intolerance/food issues. That cat, unfortunately, passed away (not due to her food but due to a number of other issues) and we still buy KOHA packets for our other cat and will be feeding it to our kitten once she's older! Wish Koha was sold where I am located but happy that I can still order it online! Good food quality, good ingredients and my cats love it!

  I have ordered directly from the company as well as through Amazon. Again in full transparency, I have had some disappointing services regarding Amazon, and not the company itself. Most recently I received an order that was shipped from private seller. The package came highly damaged. Multiple cans were busted. Again, this is not the fault of the company. Amazon did rectify the issue by promptly providing a refund. Overall, I will continue to order KOHA cat food.

  My cat Macaroni and I are very pleased with Koha canned food. Rhoni is a very picky and spoiled girl. Her taste buds change constantly. Koha has had me donate food she didn’t like and then sent me replacement food at no cost. The quality of foo is the best in my opinion. Rhoni has maintained a healthy weight without my having to limite her. Koha is the best!!

  Hi Stuart, I am sorry your KOHA package was delayed with the USPS system. Our customer support team does not have any control over the package once it leaves our warehouse. We do our best to give you the most updated information available through the tracking information. Please know your order shipped the day after it was placed. Unfortunately, due to bad weather across the country, shipping carriers are experiencing congestion which may result in delays between scans and delayed delivery. We are glad to know the food was delivered, we apologize for the delay.
