  Normally I have a good experience. Been ordering from here for a while. This As usual ordered many cases of cat food. One box only 3 cans were crushed. The other box contained 20 crushed cans and one puffy can. Needs to be packaged better. I don't know if it's related, but 3 out of 4 cats refused to eat this morning. My piggy one keeps going to it, smelling it, and trying to bury it.

  So happy to find this food. The ingredients are great, and the food is offered in a pouch. One of my cats has a very sensitive stomach. This has been the only food so far that has not made her sick. Both my cats gobble it down. What is also great is you can order just one pouch for them to try out to see what they like before committing to a case. Finally, a truly healthy cat food!

  I am very happy with Koha. My dog gets bored with repetition and being able to buy single cans has been a blessing. Recently it's been more limited, but I'm hoping that will change. Overall, I'm MORE than pleased.

  Very good company - received the order in good time. Was so thankful to be able to order just a few cans first because I have a cat that has a lot of stomach and allergy issues and never know whether she can eat it without problems or she will even like it. SHE LOVED THE food, but it did give her some issues - she has some kind of irritible bowel issues. So hard to find rabbit canned food with just rabbit and a couple other items. She must be allergic to something in your food so can't eat it. :(

  Excellent. Cats love it. I didn't want to buy it for a long time because it is difficult to get out of the pouch....however... this is how you get it.. take the top and flap shake it till the stuff is in the bottom. Get a long spoon and scoup. NOTHING gets wasted. Cats love it!

  Our sweet 13.5 year old kitty who suffers from allergies and has a sensitive stomach (IBS-like issues) does SO very well with Koha’s LID foods!! She has enjoyed the kangaroo when it was available and now she is doing quite well with the LID Beef pate. I highly recommend Koha!!

  The food that I buy for my dogs is my favorite and deserves 5 stars, so nutritious and the dogs love it. The reason for the 3 stars is the packaging. It is a terrible waste and bad for the environment. I am appalled after receiving my shipments. Please reduce the waste.

  The order came earlier than expected. It was exactly what I ordered. My cat has a restricted diet due to IBS and she got bored with her dry food. I got cans of wet food in the flavor she originally had dry (Duck) and new food (Rabbit) and she is over the moon for the rabbit. We can now alternate so she will not refuse to eat!   The order came very quickly, as always. But this batch of rabbit au jus is so extremely dry and has an extremely thick layer of some kind of gelatin I have to scrape off the top after opening each can. I’ve never seen canned food so dry. It defeats the purpose of having canned food in the first place. If I didn’t combine it with the homemade rabbit bone broth I make, Kobi would have a hard time chewing it. I’m sure this is a bad batch because the rabbit au jus has been totally fine in the past. Even so, I’m really looking forward to Kangaroo coming back.

  My cats like this brand of food and most importantly to me, they can eat it without getting sick! I got really tired of trying to find food that didn't contain any type of poultry or eggs locally. I found a rabbit based wet food and a venison based dry food both of which were really expensive but my cats could eat them. Then the local stores stopped carring them and getting them on line was even more expensive. Then I saw this stuff advertised on Facebook of all places. I found that it looked good and a local store carried the brand. Unfortunately the local store only carries two flavors so I opted for the website. The order came quickly and was cheaper than the stuff they had been eating. I think this stuff is higher quality so I consider it a win win. So far they like the Lamb, the beef, and the kangaroo.

  My dog walked over to his food bowl - smelled a can of your Threads and walked away. He did not even poke his nose down to talk one lick. 4 hours later I tried again. Same reaction..... Almost one third of the can was "gravy". Given the cost of those little cans - a total ripoff.

  First of all, I paid good money for a “sampler box”, which was not cheap at $8.00 for basically 2 cups.. This is evidently a 50% discount. Ha. My biggest complaint is that two of the cans arrived totally dented, and because it came double-boxed, it was not damaged during shipping. They just sent me damaged cans, which made me nervous because dogs can’t tell you if something is “off” about the food. This food is nothing special. Loose and runny. No nice chunks of anything, and I didn’t see ANY of the so-called “superfoods”. Don’t waste your money. You can get something just as good, if not better from your local pet store or from Amazon.
