  My kitty enjoys the food, but a large number of cans come dented, some seriously so. It makes me worry that bacteria is getting inside and damaging my cat's health, which is the opposite of why I am paying more $$ for healthy cat food. =-(

  Ordering was easy and I received my shipment even quicker than expected - which I was thankful for. My dog absolutely loves this food. She is 15 1/2 years old and has IBD. The food she has been eating for the past 3 years the company decided to change the ingredients by adding chicken, which she cannot have. Koha's minimal ingredients is wonderful. No chicken, potato, etc. I am very thankful for this food and will definitely be ordering again.

  I must say I was a bit reluctant to order again as my first order took 2 weeks and a couple of emails to actually receive. However my elderly dogs really like the food and the local store is inconsistent with stocking it. Glad to say this time the order came quickly, and same as last time it is well packaged so the cans are not dented. I have to add that when the order was so slow to arrive the first time I ordered I was worried I was scammed, the company name Nookie that my PayPal paid sounded like a scam. Happy to find out it was legit. I will definitely order again.

  Koha has always been prompt in getting me food quickly. I am very please with your products. My dog Ryver has some serious allergies to many foods. However my experience with Koha has been nothing short excellent. He has had no problems with allergies since staring with Koha. Thank you for making such a well balanced nutritional food that even smells so good when you open the can. My daughter feeds her animals raw but uses Koha when she gets behind on food preparations. Thank you again for truly caring about animals

  It's seems too complicated if you need to change card #'s for your reoccurring orders or if you want to add to your reoccurring order. You also can't do an early ship so, if we need it sooner it seems that we have to place a new one time order. But, shipping is fast so that's good.

  My husband and I are so pleased that we found this brand. Our sweet cat Carl has a sensitive tummy and is allergic to chicken. The Limited Ingredient variety is a game changer. The duck and rabbit are his favorites, which happen to be the most expensive. Guess our boy has expensive taste. The cost is worth it though! Shipping was fast, and the carboard box it comes in is one of his favorite places to sit!

  Kohapet products have been recommended to us by our vet,as a high quality cat food. My cat likes it, especially Shredded Chicken in sauce. But I found Customer Service is not efficient. They work only Mon-Fri 9-5. No response on weekends or after hours. They are not customer friendly either..And the emails are answered also only on working days. Wish they become more convenient for clients…The website is a bit complicated for use. They have modified it recently,but it still not customer friendly.Again,I am satisfied with food for my cat. The prices are reasonable on my opinion.Delivery is improved within the last year.Typically it arrives within 2-3 days in the decent box.I recommend Kohapet food for cats since it is highly competitive on the cats food market for their minimal ingredients and high amount of protein in it.

In addition, this is false advertising as you buy this thinning you would only see a list of like 5 ingredients, but no, its more like 50, with plenty of names one cant pronounce. save your money and stick with Friskies its probably just as bad

  I love that the cans are bubble wrapped and the shipping box says fragile. It makes me feel like someone cares but I did receive some dented cans with my order though. They probably were strapped down too tight on the pallet is what it looked like

  The Rabbit Au Jus healed my kitty from the inside out! So grateful to have found this food. My cat had a chicken allergy for years, she would lick the fur off her belly and inner thighs, which turned into painful, bloody sores. We couldn’t figure out what was causing all her itching. Vet put her on steroids, which only provided temporary relief and isn’t suitable for long term use. We decided to try changing her food and after trying sooo many different types of novel protein foods, and her not wanting to go near any of them, I tried Koha as a last resort. She loved it! It took about 6 months to see a noticeable improvement in her itching and licking, but now her bald belly is all grown back, the sores are gone, and she is no longer excessively licking! Even though this food is on the expensive side, it is 100% worth it to have my girly comfortable and no longer itching 24/7. She was also overweight on the dry kibble and was able to lose 2 lbs on the Rabbit Au Jus, which was an added bonus. Her recent bloodwork came back with exceptional results, she is thriving! Thank you, Koha, for such a great product.

  I tried Koha as an alternative to the food my vet was prescribing for my kitten with chronic diarrhea. The prescription food was filled with stuff that I didn't feel comfortable putting into my already sick kitty so I wanted a cleaner alternative. Even though it didn't clear up his digestive issues, I continued to feed it to him just because I liked the fact that it was a good, quality product. The only issue I ever had was not with Koha, but with the shipper, in this case UPS. Upon more than one occasion there was a delay in delivery and even though I order way in advance of running out of food, it was pretty a couple of times. My last shipment went over ten days without delivery and no updates on tracking information. I have always said it is easy for a company to shine when everything goes well, but the true measure of quality is how things are handled when all goes wrong. I am very pleased to say that Koha is a quality company with quality employees such as Stephanie who not only took care of my problem, but did so while she was on vacation. Kudos to Koha for having a quality product and quality employees!

  I would recommend this pet wet food to all my friends & I have. No other cat wet food has Pumpkin, Mussels & cranberry in it which Amazing real meat. My kitties love the Duck & the Rabbit. Thank you, Koha pet, for making Amazing wet food for our pets that we treat like family. They deserve the best That's why we feed them Koha wet food & they love it.

  Site menu and pages leading to products was a little confusing and took me a little to find the pate starter pack. Overall experience was great though.
