  Rating thus far is exclusively for customer service. I’ve yet to try giving my cat the food. Very friendly, helpful staff to assist with getting some cans of rabbit and duck out for me to try. I see Kriser’s pet store (LA area) has them on sale right now so I hope they’ll still be avail to purchase locally in the future.

  Great food and great service. Our dog (Molly) is now completely cured of her previous urinary problems. The food that we were purchasing from the vet (prior to ordering KOHA) was very expensive and did not help her. Now we're all happy. Thank you KOHA.

  Everything was great from easy ordering, clear descriptions, product quality, etc.... All three of my kitties happily eat the food. I used to worry that my allergic baby would sneak over to the other cats’ food; but now they can play musical dishes all they want without me worrying about who is eating what...

  Koha is amazing! Their products are wholesome and natural, without all the junk fillers like peas, potatoes, grains, etc. They are one of the few high protein canned foods that have LID options for cats, especially other than just pate. Also the shreds don’t have binders like guar gum and carrageenan which is great! My cat has a lot of food allergies and we’re on another good trial, so this stuff is great. Also amazing customer service and super fast at answering any questions. I was super purported to have my email answered in less than a few hours, not during business hours, on a weekend. Amazing!

  I ordered the shreds pouches. It's very difficult to get everything out of the pouch, wish it were not pleated. Wish more it was in a little can. My older cat whose tummy has grown sensitive does like the turkey and the duck.

  I had 2 dogs, 1 of which was elderly and had to have very fine ground food. She was starting to get so picky that I was worried but then we discovered Koha food and she really seemed to enjoy it. She passed away and I decided to buy some Koha food for my younger dog to mix his vitamins in. Koha sent me a sympathy card regarding Annie, my older dog. I really appreciate the card it was very thoughtful. Although Koha food is spendy; it's real ingredients, real results, and kind yet thorough employees.

  KOHA Pet is amazing. My dog, Molly, loves the food; my husband and I love the service. Last year Molly developed urinary crystals. Our vet prescribed special (very expensive) food that made Molly sick. Her medial bills mounted and Molly wasn't improving. Then I heard about KOHA. Last week Molly's annual check up found her to be in great health. She even lost some weight that needed to come off. We LOVE KOHA.

  The food, ordering process and customer service are great... But yet again many cans arrived dented... only four this time were severely dented I ended up donating them to my local shelter... the remaining six I kept... shipping has to work on packing and shipping single can orders

  Quality food, easy website and exceptionally fast delivery. My dog is not good driven at all and has issues with stool consistency. She gobbles ipnthos food and her stools are formed and healthy now!!
