One of my Bengal cats loves Koha rabbit LID, and her vet approves the food. My other Bengal turns up his nose at it. Hopefully he will come around. Ordering and shipping from Koha has been faultless.

20% of the cans came dented. 1 was so dented it opened. I alerted someone from Koha and no one seems to care so now they get a bad review.

As long as the can’s seal is intact and there is no leaking, puncture, or exposed food, the product inside remains safe to feed and does not require replacement. I purchased KOHA limited ingredient cat food because my cat had chronic loose stools for years, no matter what I feed her. This is a real game changer because with in 3 weeks her diarrhea has been totally reversed to normal bowel movements.

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with my recent order. I have been ordering the turkey pate for years so I know the consistency and what it looks/smells like. The recent order I received seemed “off”- it didn’t look or smell normal. I emailed customer service and they essentially BLEW ME OFF. She dismissed my concerns and told me there would be some variation in the smell/look because of the ingredients they use. For the past several years the turkey pate has pretty much looked the same to me (and smelled about the same), so I’m supposed to believe that a sudden change is ok? For 2 cases of turkey pate we spend about $80- I expect MUCH better customer service when I am spending that kind of money. Stefanie from Koha pet- do better! Customer service was F-!

Similar to purchasing fresh meat from a butcher, it's different every time.
