Our warehouse was closed on Thursday, January 1, in observance of New Year’s Day. As a result, your package shipped from our warehouse on Friday, January 2. Our carriers do not deliver over the weekend, so the shipment began moving on Monday, January 5, and is currently expected to be delivered on Friday, January 9. Verified reviewGreat food but poor communication and customer service. My credit card was charged for an order that still hasn't been shipped after 11 days with no message to inform of a delay or when to anticipate shipping.
