  I could not get Koha reliably at our local pet food store so I started ordering online. We have three large dogs and go through a lot of food. This is a convenient and easy way for us to get our food quickly. They LOVE the Koha food and we love it for its simplicity and quality. When we order, we get the food within just a few days too.

  The food arrived quickly. Our cat has recently been diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis, on top of his existing small cell lymphoma, so we are trying a limited ingredient diet to see if it helps. He is moderately interested in this food, and will eat most of it eventually. We will stick with it for the time being to see if it has any effect on his condition.

  I'm not sure what changed but the new case of food I received has a slightly different color and my cat isn't as excited about it. It doesn't seem to trigger his allergies yet but getting him to eat it is not easy. He used to love it. It would be really great if this food marketed as for sensitive, allergic cats was more consistent. We really really loved this food before.

  An all around great shopping experience. Online ordering was easy, my cat food arrived only 2 days after ordering! Unfortunately, I have a cat that has digestive issues and he will not eat the canned Rabbit Au Jus that I bought for him. I am thankful that the sell a package of three cans and that I didn’t have to purchase an entire case of food that he will not eat. I will donate the food to a cat shelter. I will have to try to find him gravy packets since that is the only thing that he laps up.

  My cat wouldn't eat it. Pate' was dense and that was a problem for her, I believe. I don't think she liked the flavor. But I don't think anything was wrong with the product. I think it just didn't suit her tastes.

  My dog loves it and so do I. She had the worst allergies to several different dog food brands, even those claiming minimal or single ingredients. This is the first dog food where she has experienced no allergies. Hallelujah! The itching, diarrhea, vomiting has finally stopped.

  I was excited to see Koha Kangaroo once again available after many months. I was skeptical at first because I ordered this from another site a couple months back and it ended up being unavailable, as in the specialty pet shops I go to.   I did not receive Limited Ingredient I received Minimal ingredient cat food my cat is allergic to peas and she could not have chickpeas. She just had surgery to remove her ear that had a cancerous tumour, and I have to be careful what I feed her. Overall your product is amazing, I've been feeding my pitbull Turkey Limited Ingredient and she loves it.

  One of my kits can only have rabbit as her protein due to bad allergies to other proteins. She was on prescription canned rabbit for cats but it’s not been available so tried Koha...never going back to arc diet as Koha’s ingredients are much better and healthier!!

  Fast efficient delivery of the cat food I purchased. I haven’t yet tried giving my cat the food as I’ll need to introduce it gradually. He’s just gotten over a severe bought of allergies related to another food he ate so I have to be especially careful. He has been on a prescription rabbit food long term prior to the allergic episode so I am hoping this food he’ll like & tolerate.

  I have been purchasing Koha for a while now and lived that they offered single cans. When it changed it to 3 cans, that was surprising; but easy enough to update. Now offering only cases may make me rethink if I can still order from them I have a little dog that gets bored easily with his food. The new ordering may make me change brands to only what I can buy from organic pet market. Sad.

  My terribly allergic cat lost his mind over the Rabbit Au Jus. He is difficult to find food for because he can't have ANY fowl of any amount. The day itarrived he devoured a can and begged for more so I gave him another can. Thank you for making a great food for my 15 year old cat. Your company is a godsend.

  My 12-yr-old is supremely picky. She won't usually eat an entire pack of any kind of wet food. But my friend gave me a pack of the poke bowl and she inhaled it! Then I ordered the trial pack and she's eaten every flavor so far the same way! So great!

  I feed the KOHA PPORK STEW. My dog has acid reflex and food allergies. I needed a food without peas, sweet potato or lentils. I’m happy to report that my dog is very “stable = happy” on this food. Sometimes the food has too much “gravy”, but overall a great product.

  The product is great I just wasn’t pleased with the way they packaged it for shipment. The box of cans was in a large box with tons of brown paper inside. It was unnecessary in that the box of cans could have been shipped as is.

  I found Koha online when searching for an alternate to my cat’s “prescription” food (no longer made and very expensive). I am very pleased with the quality of the ingredients (limited ingredient rabbit formula). Upon reordering, I decided to try a few cans of the duck formula. Again, great product but the 3 separate cans were smashed and dented (the full case of rabbit cans were fairly well packed with only minor dents). Great product, quick shipping, but needs to be a bit better with packaging.

  this rating doesnt concern the food quality which is great. But the customerservics is really bad, I wrote them twice that several cans were dented which I do not feed our dogs. No answer at all if there could be a refund:(((
