  The ingredients are great but both of my cats have suddenly gone from loving to refusing to eat any of the pate options. I think the formula may have changed. Duck also has a LOT of sharp bone fragments. I am disappointed because I really thought I has found a winner and the other options don't provide enough calories for the price.

KOHA is a limited ingredient, minimally processed, natural food; the color, consistency, and texture can sometimes vary from batch to batch. Please know bones in wet food with a high content of meat are always possible. KOHA food is made with strict guidelines, most of our proteins are mechanically de-boned and the small bits of bone that may be found in our formals are digestible. KOHA is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Cat Food Nutrient Profiles For Maintenance.   Our cats love the rabbit! It is hit and miss with the beef and duck but they both usually finish them. But the rabbit those bowls are licked clean! Our youngest has a very sensitive stomach and most other food made her vomit or she wouldn't touch it. Once we moved her to the rabbit we knew we had a winner

  Our 2 cats are fairly picky eaters and we discovered that they love the Koha poke bowl Tuna/Pumpkin. It was recommended by a cat owner working at Hollywood feed and was a hit. We started buying it from the Koha website because the cans were a better deal for us than the packets that Hollywood carries.

  This is my 2nd order, which was for 3 cases and shipped UPS. It arrived promptly. Much better than my 1st order for 1 case that shipped via US postal service, took twice as long and disappeared from tracking for a week. So sad that USPS has become unreliable.

  My cat is being treated for IBD and this is the only food that agrees with her. The good part is she loves it!! She is doing very well on this food and I feel very comfortable feeding it to her. I have no doubt that I'm feeding her a high quality, healthy food.

  The food is great. I really hope they keep making/selling food as is. However, this review is regarding shipping. I have three cats and they are all on different diets. I order Koha for one cat and out of the three types of food Koha is the ONLY one that packages my cans so they don't get dented/damaged. They list fragile on the box, they package with bubble wrap, cardboard inserts and paper. The latest shipment the box came torn/damaged but surprisingly my cans did not get damaged. 100% recommend direct order from Koha.

  After a lot of research for limited ingredient foods, we found Koha and have stuck with it since. Our cat loves the limited ingredient rabbit au jus and doesn’t throw up his food anymore! Every time we order, the food is shipped immediately and is here within days.

  i was looking for the Koha topper and looked on the website to order. in checking out I saw the shipping charge for two packages of dry powder was almost $10 so removed the items from my cart. a few days later I was contacted via email asking if I would order if free shipping was available; I appreciated them reaching out.

  My cats have never devoured a cat food so quickly! They loved every flavor in the sample pack, which is a great way to “try before you subscribe.” One of my cats has IBD and he has handled this food well, no stomach distress or puking! Such a relief.   Excellent excellent choice for any picky eater. Last several months I've been changing food for my little guy, because he'll eat the food for a month and then have no interest...I discovered that he really enjoys the shredded type of food but I could only find it in those small snack packs. I discovered Koha through an ad and saw they make cans of the shredded! It's been a month now and my dog is STILL cleaning his bowl every night! Super stoked I found this company and shipping is stupid fast!

  My cat is happy with the taste of the food but I am extremely displeased with the customer service. They shipped me a package via USPS and USPS returned to sender without ever attempting to deliver. I called and emailed koha pet and it’s been 2 business days and no one has contacted me. I got a voicemail. No customer service? I sincerely hope someone answers me before end of day or I will cancel for a full refund and go back to the other food. Really inexcusable.. you have my money and did not deliver anything to me nor am I able to talk with someone to fix it.

  Any rare issues I have had with shipments (dented cans, less food in a few cans) have been promptly and fully resolved by a real human. I am a dedicated and satisfied customer, especially since this company is one of only 2-3 I have found that provides limited ingredient canned diets suitable for feline inflammatory bowel disease.

  I am impressed with the limited ingredients and the amount of moisture in Koha. Furthermore, a pate is easier for a cat to eat. I am also thankful that Koha may be purchased online from the company, as it’s not an easy brand to find in stores. Plus, my shipments have always arrived within 3 days of ordering!

  After some concerns voiced by our pet's veterinarian, I reached out to Kohapet and was surprised by being contacted by the owner, who addressed those concerns, assuring her of the rigorous quality control and nutritional balance of their products. I have had only one other occasion to reach out concerning an expedited shipment and said shipment was delivered before said pet's food on hand was depleted.

  This is really an excellent website and they sell a lot of excellent products. Actually I think they sell all excellent products. The only issue I really have a problem with is the price. I know you got what you paid for but it is really a struggle to get good food in the house when the prices look like this. For the most part I've been doing the chicken shreds whenever I order but I have a little dog that needs a cleanse I need to get off the chicken just in case of an allergy. I bought him the other shreds and they're about $20 more per case. I'm sorry but the price is just really out there a $20 jump from chicken to beef. Yeah I know I buy it anyway because my dogs need what they need but still it's frustrating. I still love this company though their customer service is always exceptional and I can always place my order quickly and easily from the website. They pack well and ship quickly.
