I was happy to be able to order just a few cans of the food to see if it might work for my cat. So often, one needs to order an entire case, which is risky with cats in general and especially with sensitive cats like mine. The food took kind of a long time to arrive, so that's why I'm only giving four stars.

I had my shipment be delivered to the wrong address at no fault of my own. It took many emails to get my order delivered and there was a lot of waiting. Very poor communication with an issue that I did not create. I am unsure if I want to order directly from Koha or drive half an hour to the pet store that carries this food. It's very unfortunate and would love to order directly but it cause a lot of stress and an unexpected trip to the pet store because the food didn't come in time before we ran out at the house. The quality of food is great and one of the few things my cat can eat.

Let me tell you my cat loves the rabbit pate. She dug right into it, which is absolutely great news because she cannot have chicken at all in her diet. Otherwise, she gets diarrhea bad. Lately I have been having delivery issues. This last one was the most awful one. The shipment was accepted on 5/2, travelled from TN to NJ on 5/3 and on 5/4 was in Brooklyn and travelled to Staten Island and on 5/6 for what reason was sent to New York City, on 5/7 back to Brooklyn and then to Staten Island and on 5/8 it was delivered to me at Staten Island. Impossible to get at answer from the P.O. in Staten Island, but someone made a big mistake! You can check the tracking number. Hope the next one is better. Maybe you can complaint to the Post Office. Koha is helpful when I call looking for my shipment.; I wish someone will sell their products in Staten Island.

The product is good, our dogs love the food, but I’ve placed two orders of 60+ cans of dog food and over half of the cans arrived dented. Some so bad, if you touch the can, it wobble back and forth and cannot be stacked. I’ve ordered through a third party, but when I do, 3 of the 6 flavors re alw out of stock, but the cans are not damaged. The customer service rep said since the cans were not punctured, but just dented, they don’t refund or discount. That’s a bummer. I may need to find another food for our girls.

I have used Koha limited ingredient’s canned food for years. It helped exrend the life of my recently deceased service dog. Unfortunately, though, I purchased six pouches of limited ingredients rice, pumpken, and beef. I purchased it w the sole intention of reducing her soft bowel movements. However, it caused my 13-month puppy to have diarrehea for the following two days. I messaged Koha customer service about this problem but have not heard back from them.

My 8 year old black lab has had skin issues, horrible ear infections and furnicles between his toes. I did a food sensitivity test on him and found that he was allergic to almost every protein except for lamb. Lamb is horribly expensive and I have been able to feed him a mixture of Koha's limited ingredient canned lamb, kidney beans and vegetables. I have been doing this diet for the last few months. Since that time, he is the healthiest and more active than he has ever been. So grateful to have found this product!
