  Dogs really like it and I like that I can tell there is actually shredded meat and other ingredients in the contents. I does kind of smell like chicken soup so to me that's a good thing. It does resemble human food in cans.

  Next time please package my order in one box. One box got delivered to my mail room locker. The other package got delivered to the main office of my apartment complex. There is no reason an order of this size could not have been packaged in one box.

  My problem isn't koha pet site but when I get my delivery's I always have damaged cans to the point that they are questionable. Not sure if it's the person boxing it or ups. The stuff isn't cheap but out of 72 cans I get 6-12 damaged and they are suspect. I can't feed a dog that already has issues somth8ng that could have spoiled so I toss it. The people at koha have been great to me so I take it on the chin. Maybe if they snuck a little more packaing material it would help. Ups can be Savages.

  I recently had my first hiccup with delivery with Koha - my complex did not include my name in the mail roster and it was returned. I contacted customer service and we got Stefanie to assist us. She was not only patient, but her honesty and thoroughness, as well as her making up to mistakes she did not make (and tried to prevent) left us very happy with our choice to feed our kitties Koha. We will be lifetime customers.

  Somehow we received TWO cases of Rabbit cat food. We have been on autoship with Koha for some time, one case per time. The shipping time on this order was three days by UPS, and the order tracking was good. Much better than USPS. Order was well packaged. Just get the food to where my cats will enjoy it, otherwise, it's not worth ordering anymore.

  My cat has stomatitus and this is the only food that does not trigger his painful flareups, unlike most cat food that's filled with cheap proteins like chicken and beef. The duck is wonderful, he loves it and it keeps him healthy. You can see the quality ingredients when you open the can, it even smells pleasant, unlike typical cat food. I will be ordering this food for a long time for him.

  My senior cat is having testing next week for IBD. She has been vomiting and having diarrhea all throughout the house. She was on the hydrolyzed diet and it didn’t work. I switched her to this and she hasn’t messed in the house once since switching! This food is such a blessing. Our baby is 18 years old and I cannot thank the makers of KOHA enough for saving my poor sweet angel! KOHA for the win!

  My 15 year old Cat was just eating rotisserie chicken. She didn’t want the steak or salmon that I steamed for her. Then for 4 days she vomited up her chicken and had diarrhea. She has irritable bowel syndrome, so I decided to look for limited ingredient cat food. I came upon you on Google. Then I ordered through Amazon to get a quick delivery. I went slow with this new food. I had some food from last year that was limited ingredients. So I gave her that with a spoonful of your Duck flavor. She was soooo “excited” about eating your food!!! And wanted more!!!! So I gave her the gravy part ontop of her other food. I’m on the 2nd canned flavor of turkey. Again!!! She wanted the whole can!!! She has not vomited or had diarrhea since giving her your food!!! I’m sooo happy that she’s keeping it down!!! Anyone who has a cat with IBS …. This is the answer to stopping the symptoms!! I’ll be ordering more when I have 3 cans left. I love this Sample Pack that you offer to see which flavors she likes so it’s not a waste of money buying a case. Keep up the Great limited ingredient products!!!

  Order arrived without damage and the cats love both flavors. There's a bit of larger pieces of what looks like bone in the food that they can't or won't eat, but they seem to really enjoy it and otherwise clean their bowls.

  My delivery of a case of Rabbit Pate cans were damaged. The container/package looked very sturdy but somehow a top & bottom can in a corner had been dented so badly it had broken their seals & were completely spoiled. As soon as I went to pick up the delivered box off my porch I immediately started looking around trying to figure out what was dead on my porch!! I'm very embarrassed that the mailman had to carry that to my porch! It had to have the inside of his mail truck smelling like a dead animal. To my disgust I figured out it was my case of rabbit cans that smelled dead & then I figured out the entire box was wet! The 2 dented cans that were spoiled had leaked their spoiled liquid out & all over the inside of the box & all of the other cans. I had to wash all 22 cans with dish soap & water to get the gross spoiled liquid off them. There was 10 badly dented cans that didn't get their seals broken but were very close to being busted open too. I spent a little over $100 & this was an expensive, timely & gross mess to clean up. Very disappointed.

  My very picky Leonberger loves this food. I get the Pure Shreds canned food and add 1/2 can to each of my dogs dry food and both of them love it. It has just the right amount of meat and gravy to make a nice addition to the dry food and unlike other canned foods, it isn't just clumps of paste mixed in.

  I am a rescue. I have multiple dogs. One senior dog was very picky and skipping meals. One had some bloody gut issues. The best thing they could have is chicken, rice and pumpkin. And I don’t have to cook it. Both dogs dive into their meals. I probably can’t afford to feed it long term but it’s certainly keeping them happy now.

  We switched to Koha about 6 months ago and are so pleased with the results. Our cat was having a lot of digestive issues and he’s also very picky. Not only has his digestive issues gone away but he also loves the variety of tuna poke bowls. We also feel good about what we are feeding him with the quality ingredients!!

  It's great to find a food with a true single protein source as I recently found out that foods which state on the label what flavor they are (fish, venison, etc.) often have chicken somewhere in the ingredient list. My cat is allergic to chicken and we were wondering why she was having such skin issues.

  The food my animals like. The package on the other hand is horrible. They pack 6 cases in one very thin box. This last delivery the box fell apart on the UPS person and the cans were all on the road. I have stated twice now and is still happening.

  Navigation on the website if you want to change the flavor of the food as a subscriber is not easy. Delivery could be quicker and the amount to qualify for free delivery as a subscriber should be lower. My experience with customer service has always been good.

  Even though you have good cat food this is the second time I've gotten damaged products.ever single can is dented so bad some won't open some you can't even stack to store. Probably won't order again. No point if it's always damaged

  Unfortunately, my dog has severe IBD and is on a restricted diet. I was thrilled to find KOHA on line but she wouldn't touch any of the shreds. I must say, I would not have ordered it had I known it was made in Thailand.
