  The products are good but they are over-packaged when shipped. The typical shipment is double-boxed, with bubble wrap, and stickers marked as "fragile." It seems very wasteful (more stuff to go to the dump). A simpler packing scheme would be nice.

  This is the best cat food ever. The cats love it they take the cans out of the recycle bin to lick them out their poop is solid and not overly smelly they don’t throw up I’m a very happy And don’t feed them any other canned food. Would absolutely love that they had a dry food to go along with it because I like giving them a little bit of dry during the day

  Always arrives promptly and in good conditions. My dog enjoys this greatly as something tastier than dry kibbles. If all the packaging can be plastic-free ( a good part of the packing was already paper based) it would be even better.

  Food arrived in a trash bag, brown liquid rubbed off some of the labels. A couple of the cans were missing. We must have gotten a bad batch - our cat has eaten this food before, but with this shipment he ended up getting pretty sick. $350 vet visit later, we’re apprehensive to feed him any more Koha.

  Cats are healthy again on Koha No more vomiting. Sociable and playful especially in one cat whose pancreatitis is now in remission. His coat has thickened and he is grooming himself again. Great packers and shippers.

  I would give 5/5, but unfortunately my cans always arrive dented. It’s usually not just 1 or 2 cans, but anywhere between 5-8ish cans per order. Other than that, my cats love the food and I am happy with the quality!

  We discovered our cat has allergies to certain proteins. When I ordered this product, we hadn't yet seen she was allergic to rabbit. Before the order shipped, we realized she did indeed have an allergy to rabbit proteins and I emailed kohapet to cancel the order. Two days later I received an email the order had already shipped (even though when I had sent the email, the status was it was still being processed). I emailed back to see if kohapet would at least pay to have my order shipped back and didn't hear back at all!!! I guess now I will donate my order to our local shelter. Alot of money for me though. Not happy that I didn't even have a follow up email. Never again!

  As a cat mom with a senior IBD kitty with hardly any teeth I can’t tell you how relieved I am knowing that I can always get my kitty’s food here from KOHA. With all the shortages going on, trying to find rabbit cat food for my sick kitty had been next to impossible before I discovered KOHA. Not only does my cat love the food, he can eat it easily and that makes all the difference. Customer service is always top notch and I always get my order on time. Thank you KOHA…keep up the great work, and you have a customer for life!

  Finding a food for our cats has been one of the most difficult challenges. They have severe allergies to multiple proteins, and even when we tried prescription diets they refused them. A fellow cat friend asked me if I had heard of Koha brand cat food, I’m which I didn’t but was optimistic to try it when I researched “best cat foods” and Koha came up. I looked into what they offered and to my surprise, multiple Options and textures they could have! We ordered it immediately it shipped fast! We will be ordering again!

  This cat food was a lifesaver my cat has been throwing up almost every day of her life regardless of the sensitive stomach food she was ingesting she has severe food allergies and koha is the absolute only food that she can digest and not regurgitate. She has gained weight she’s playing again she’s climbing she’s being a cat which she has never had the opportunity give me. I love this product so much & have I raved about it to friends and a couple have already purchased it for their dogs and cats !

  I have a food sensitive senior kitty and have had a lot of trouble finding a food the she likes and doesn’t upset her sensitive GI system. The limited ingredient rabbit has been a hit. She loves it and her body seems to love it as well. Many other companies put chicken, pork, corn and other ingredients in their food. Well worth it, I hope this is a long searched for solution to my cats food issue.

  3 cats... used to eating FF medleys primavera salmon in classic/ tuna too.. But they changed the recipe! So trying this. Pate was an absolute failure... tried three different times! The tuna... well the cans are too big and you should be sending a 'lid' with each order. The smell and texture are off putting... cats ate it once So.. another donation to the Pima County Animal shelter.

  Koha has great products and excellent customer service. I once had a question about one of their products and they replied promptly with the answer. I have my order on auto-ship because they have quality products and their prices are reasonable. And my fur baby loves their food!

  Good product. My cats sometimes won't eat and other times do. Like the fact only I meat ingredient, no fillerd.

  My order was received in a very orderly fashion, which everyone always appreciates. I have one extremely fussy food dog, and the other not so much. KOHA lamb was a hit with both dogs. I like to switch every three months or so as every company makes a little bit different product. That way I’m sure my fur family is getting the proper diet. We do wet, raw, freeze-dried raw and dehydrated raw so finding a reliable company with a high quality food is paramount to having healthy pups. Thank you KOHA!
