  FedEx lost my order (or delivered to wrong house). When I reached out to koha they asked me to wait 3 days for delivery and that that would follow up- it’s been 4 days and no one has followed up from first response. I spent $130 on this food and am very upset with the choice of delivery company and the response (lack of) from koha.

  I purchased the rabbit can food for our cat because she has a sensitive stomach. She is a very picky eater so sometimes I do have to mix it with another food but overall it’s a good product.

  This brand is great. I was at my wits end to find a brand that my 14 year old cat could eat and not throw up. He is also allergic to chicken. The web site to add and remove items from auto delivery is kinda hard to navigate. Chewys is much easier. Maybe think about an app. But the food arrived within several days. All in all I'm very pleased. Maybe add more AuJus selections. My fur baby loves the rabbit and I know it's because of the juice. Duck is his next favorite.

  Inconsistent quality of product. Makes my cats stomach upset (quite gross) until she adjust to new batch. She is prone to anorexia and the inconsistenty also triggers this.

  I have been using KOHA for a few months now and my cat LOVES the rabbit and since we started her on this diet, no more rashes and she doesn’t get tired of this brand like she has with others. I have had to adjust my subscription a few times and the site makes this very easy. I can remove or add product and also change the date of shipment if I need more quickly. So happy to have found KOHA!

  When another company was continually out of Duck pate, we felt a little panicked. We had just gotten our 5 cats transitioned to Duck, all because 1 of the has IBD, and were at a loss as to what to do. An internet search led us to Koha, and our cats love their Duck pate even more! Plus, it’s readily available and is delivered in just a few days. We will never go back. Our cats are very happy, and so are we!

  The texture, smell, and color is very different from what it was 4 months ago. My cat is not a fan of the most recent batches. He used to go crazy for the food. I usually order once every 2 months for a 2 month supply. The last order was worse. This order is closer to the texture and consistency my cat is used to, but still not the same!

  I have four cats, one has to be on a special hydrolized protein diet per his vet for IBS. So that means they all do, LOL. All of my cats loved this new food and no one had any vomiting afterwards. I will be switching to this brand. I’m also going to try the other varieties in the limited ingredient line.

  Auto ship is very easy to use and making changes to the auto ship schedule is very simple. If anything changes or the supply is on backorder, Stephanie is quick to reach out and address the problem. My only complaint is that the cans arrive dented in almost every order. They're packed in bubble wrap and paper, but still arrive in poor condition.

  Ive had no issues this Koha Pet. My dog is so picky its are to find her food she'll eat. So I thought maybe trying the dehydrated mix would help. Sorry to say it didnt. Its not Koha pet's problem. Its my picky dog lol I had an issue with Fed Ex though. When I received it, the box was opened and damaged. But the product was still intact.

  Got here as fast as Amazon! I would of waited though because my cat loves the Turkey cat food. I have tried several brands and I’ve decided my cat is worth it to have better ingredients! The cost is not very different that any other wet food.

  I’ve been struggling tryouts ng to find Rabbit / protein by Royal Canin for my 11 year old rescue Bengal cat, Moby. I have not been familiar with any such cat food as my Siamese cats never had to have special diets. I explained to my vet about my problem and they gave me an alternate Moby hated!! I went to the internet and found Koha Rabbit for cats I sure hope I did the right thing as no animal hospital, no vet, no friend knew of your product but: It seems to have natural , healthy ingredients, 2. Lots of rabbit for his diathermy needs, 3. It arrived very quickly and most of all4. Moby loves it!! ( and so far he is tolerating it)🤞 oh! And order came fast

  I have been feeding my dogs KOHA canned food for years. This food was recommended to me by a private business in Alexandria, VA. I now order online because it is not available in stores where I live. I believe this dogs has helped maintain good health in both of my dogs. The online ordering process is simple and the food is at my door in 2 to 3 days. Thank you for offering a good product for my dogs.

  First, Thank you for the extra effort in packing…every can was in perfect shape, no dents or dings. Second, the stews are the best, I have been feeding my 13 year old girl the stews for about a month and her health is much improved. she runs at the park now! Something she has never done and only started after feeding her the Koha stews.
