  Fabulous customer support!! I got an email that my product was being shipped by Canpar. I immediately called up the customer service number for requesting a change, as the Canpar service in my area is pathetic. I was assisted immediately, and my product was booked through UPS. I received the product on the committed date of delivery. The received product was not damaged, brand new, intact! I am going to definitely consider ordering again from Kitchenessentials and help more such small businesses which offer great discounts on products and provide excellent service. May you grow in leaps and bounds, cheers!!

  I bought the Rowenta IXEO but there was a defect in the item. Kitchen essentials provided me with a replacement really fast and picked up the one with the defect too. I would highly recommend their business. Great customer service, very responsive and honest. I would definitely go to Kitchen Essentials for my next purchase.

  It was decently priced and ordering was easy. Delivery charge was annoying but it was a decent flat rate. When you buy in a store, the store ends up paying the shipment but we end up paying a higher price.

  If you're looking for something that's hard to find, try Kitchen Essentials. I found exactly what I was looking for, after an extensive search on line. I needed a milk jug to replace a broken one from a Maxwell & Williams set. Not exactly like the old one, but still a good match!

  Product was much cheaper than the Amazon listing I found. Product was shipped promptly by Canada Post. I had made a mistake on my postal code and saw that in the tracking info. I corrected my account at KitchenEssentials but wondered how long the delay would be. No delay at all, I ordered on a Tuesday night and it arrived on Friday. I'd never heard of this company before. I will look here first time I need anything else. I'm completely satisfied.

  I never received my order. The UPS tracking only said a shipping label was created. When I called Kitchen Essentials, they said another item would be shipped the same day. That never happened. I called again. They said they couldn’t ship that day but would the following day and would send me new tracking details. When I never received those, I contacted them again and requested a refund. I received a refund notice right away. I have yet to see it appear on my credit card, but know it can take a few days. So will keep checking. Don’t order anything from this company.
