Verified reviewCommunication was great when I had questions about a variety of products that I was interested in ordering. I was glad that someone answered the phone when I called and did not have to wait for any period of time or deal with automated messages and selecting various options for certain departments. Pricing was great on everything I wanted to order. Everything was delivered promptly aside from one item that was backordered, but no big deal, it all showed up. When I need new kitchen related items this will be my first stop.
