  The dinnerware rates 5 stars but the delivery only 3. I missed the home delivery of the last of the 3 pieces in my order - and why was the order split into 3 different deliveries? At the Purolator depot, the answer was the last item had not arrived based on the tracking number. I persisted showing the text I recieved. She typed in another number from the text message; miraculously the item WAS at the depot. Not satisfactory.

  I am absolutely thrilled with my Maxwell and Williams Enchantment 12-piece set! The set is stunning and even more beautiful in person, and I cannot wait to use it. I’m in Australia and ordered this from Canada, and the whole process was made so easy even from afar. Raffi provided excellent customer service, answering all my emails promptly and helping me receive this dream dinner set in just 7 days.   A really nice toaster that works well. Too bad there isn’t a separate lever for each toasting hole. Heating up both sides all the time seems like a waste of electricity.

  Found my tea cups at Kitchen Essentials, which I have never heard of this company. Since I have been looking for quite sometime for these tea cups I went ahead and ordered them. Ordering them was no problem, I was just hoping that they would be shipped with no problem. I received my tea cups within a matter of days, everything went smoothly, they let me know every step of the way right from the start. I will definitely order from Kitchen Essentials again without hesitation.

  I am very pleased with the dishes I ordered from Kitchenessentials, the website showed very good pictures of an excellent choice to choose from & the dishes are as great as the pictures showed. The ease of choosing, ordering & paying was very simple & delivery was less than a week with alerts being delivered each step of the way. I have received many compliments on my dinnerware & asked "where did you get these". I highly recommend this company & I would definately order from them again.

  My order was packed right away and a shipping confirmation was received. For a week everytime I checked it there was no info at all for tracking. I was starting to get nervous so I called the number on the website. The person answering only answered with hello, no name of company or personal name. I had to ask. Alex’s made me nervous.When I explained what was happening he told me that it was still sitting on the shipping dock so I asked if he wanted the order number. Gave order number he looked it up then told me a ridiculous story that the item had been packed and ready to go but they realized that it was the wrong size so they unpacked it and put the correct size in. Possible I guess. should have notified me that there was an issue or delay. The guy tells me that it would go out right away. I asked if I would get a notice he claimed he would personally email me, he did not. A few days later I check the tracking and the item was on its ways. The product itself was what I ordered but if you are looking for customer service, it’s not there.

  I bought an Emile-Henry ceramic bread making pan. It arrived quickly - no charge for shipping. It was so carefully packaged and arrived in perfect shape. The baker itself is perfect for making loaf shaped artisan sour dough bread. I had bought this same item twice on Amazon and both arrived damaged due to sloppy packing.   I bought the wolf kettle which was damaged, returned it for a replacement and this one was also damaged. I went through the hassle of buying and returning and was without a kettle for 10 says. I do not receommend this seller, they seem to be a scam

  Horrible experience from start to finish. Ordered a frying pan on Dec. 13th, was supposed to be delivered by the 18th, but got stranded somewhere at the courier company's local distribution network. Kitchen Essentials had no way of successfully contacting the courier to find out what was going on. The item unexpectedly showed up late on the 23rd with no notice that it would arrive that day, and surprise! It wasn't even the frying pan I had ordered! So, was left scrambling trying to find a replacement gift at the last minute. Thank you Kitchen Essentials!
