  Had a little trouble tracking and locating my order. I called and it was tracked down right away. One I got these loved them. They are not only beautiful they are a joy to drink from. A china mug large enough for a good size coffee and perfect size handle. 💯 recommend.

  I purchased the stainless steel d3 set for my mother as a gift. Well she didn't like it as she thought it was to heavy for her. The set was amazing but we had to return it. Kitchen Essentials credited our account and all was good. I would make future purchases from this company as they are top notch. Customer service was excellent.

I had an issue with one of the mugs I ordered and the man that I spoke to at customer service was quick and happy to offer a replacement for me. It arrived and I am very pleased.   I ordered this for my wife as an early christmas present but after showing her we decided to hold off and I sent the order back for a return. The shipping company used for the order was absolutely terrible (Canpar) and gave us a runaround to pick the item up and also dropped it off at probably the most sketchy dropoff location I've seen. Information about returns/refunds is hard to come by and I couldn't speak to anyone on the phone and had to email, the item is still sitting in the post office as we speak waiting to be picked up. I won't be ordering anything from this company again

  I had ordered these as a gift. They were received the next day, unfortunately one was broken. I called and spoke with the vendor and then sent a picture of the broken mug to Kitchenessentials and they sent a new one immediately. I was very pleased with the service and speed with which an issue was dealt with. I would definitely order from this vendor again.

  Site navigation, price and check out were great. Delivery time was pretty long, I try to avoid Amazon when I can but that decision is more painful when products take a week to arrive.

  All plated and cups were intact. I wish they would not put the stickers on the plates and cups. They are a pain to take off. Essentially delivery was quick and efficient as well.
