Ordered a frying pan on Dec. 13th, was supposed to be delivered by the 18th, but got stranded somewhere at the courier company's local distribution network. Kitchen Essentials had no way of successfully contacting the courier to find out what was going on. The item unexpectedly showed up late on the 23rd with no notice that it would arrive that day, and surprise! It wasn't even the frying pan I had ordered! So, was left scrambling trying to find a replacement gift at the last minute. Thank you Kitchen Essentials!
