  Kitchen Essentials got this to me in a couple of days in the middle of this Covid 19 nonsense. This is infinitely quicker than World famous you know who. Their service is excellent and I will buy from them again.

  Good price. But the reason I gave this a two stars, because it took too long to receive the my order. The worst part is the customer service (if there was any). Nobody answered the phone either customer service or sale. No reply on emails either. I ordered my knife on Jan 16- 2020, didn’t get it until Mar 10-2020. I thought my money was gone. Please change your business practicing and hopefully we can do business again.

  Bought a home made kitchen knifes set. Raffy was wonderful and match every price I found with an extra 5% rebate without hesitation. Great communication to set up the order and payment.   Delivery was average took 2 weeks, knives are awesome but I was sent the wrong knife block (a larger version which would have been awesome but it seems like it was made incorrectly the shun symbol is upside down and the slip leg holders are on the top where the knives go instead of the bottom?) I’m going to keep it instead of going through the hassle of a return and I’ll deal with the imperfections because I can fit more knives into it. Best price I could find for shuns
