  I had ordered three items as a gift. One item was supposed to be a porcelain creamer cup. Instead of the creamer, I was shipped a sugar bowl. I didn’t contact the company for a return. But it would have been better if the order had the correct items or was removed if not available.

  Site was fairly easy to navigate. I have used the oven once and when I feel more comfortable with it I will use it a great deal. It was originally placed under a cupboard but as its gets quite hot the oven was moved to a spot where there is more space above and on each side. Knowing that delivery time would be a little longer it took almost two weeks to arrive. The price was most certainly competitive.

  Received my order after 3+ weeks due to the product was back-ordered. The shipping after was very fast and arrived in perfect condition. The price I paid was very good. The best way to communicate with KE is using the Messages tool in the website under My Account. I had difficulty reaching them using the regular emails or phone calls.
