  After comparing prices online, I placed my order. The major item arrived in 48 hours, in excellent condition. The remaining item, from a 3rd party, took a while; my inquiries to kitchen essentials were promptly replied to. I decided on one more piece and inquired about their price matching. As advertised, they beat that price and again the order arrived within a few days, also in excellent condition. I would not hesitate to order from here in the future.

  After I purchased my order online, I got a confirmation but then no updates for a week. I didn't know if the order was being processed or when the ETA was so I contacted them and they got on it right away! The delivery was processed the next day and delivered across the country within a week.

  After receiving the 12 mugs I ordered I noticed that 2 were broken. I sent them an email, didn't have to wait long for a reply. They asked if I could send them a picture, which I did. Within a few days I received new mugs, not 2, but 3!!! I am impressed with their service and I would recommend this store to everyone!

  I called customer service/sales BEFORE I purchased the Maxwell Williams CIrque oil & vinegar cruet set. It was described incorrectly by the salesperson. The capacity of the bottles is much smaller than I was told. On receiving the set, some 2 weeks later, I immediately called and emailed kitchen essentials asking for return label, so I could return the set to them. I still haven't heard from them'. This is terrible service and a completely inadequate product.

  I understand that there are delays on online orders due to the pandemic but at least inform the customer. I had to track down a number to call to find out the status of my order and also I had to ask for a compensation since my order was very late. It came even later the estimate provided by the manager I spoke to.

  One of my items had a delayed shipment. That would be okay if it also received expedited shipping, which was payed for originally. Instead it was sent without tracking and it has been frustrating waiting for a package when you payed for expedited shipping. Circumstances are understood but I still expected tracked shipping for all items on my order, not just some.

  My goods were shipped very late even though I payed $10 for the shipping hoping it would be expedited. It took two weeks! I tried contacting customer service several times I even left a few messages but didn’t hear back from anyone. I was disappointed. I needed the stuff for a special event and they never made it on time.

  I found it fishy that this site has such competitive prices despite being absent on most search platforms. Got Wusthof Chef knives for a great deal. Haven't accessed customer service as yet. Was shipped out promptly but I know Canada Post dropped the ball with shipping due to the pandemic. I've ordered a couple more knives. I hear it's a shop based in Markham and I'd love to go check it out in person.

  Over all great order. The cups I ordered, when they came they are SO tint. No where in the description says how small rhey are. Was pretty disappointed and don't really plan on using them now. Waste of my money.
