  Product was great and exactly as described, two stars off for some confusion at delivery. It was ordered and processed but never acted upon. I emailed for support and the response was polite, apologetic and quick. The order came shortly thereafter. All good even if a late for Christmas.

  The original knife block I ordered was discontinued. I waited 2 weeks without hearing from anyone until I emailed to find out where my order was. They apologized and suggested a substitute which we agreed to. The substitute came as expected and we are pleased with the quality. Only disappointed with the lack of service.

  I have been searching for the Wusthof belts and have unsuccessful in trying to locate them. I happened upon Kitchen Essentials and found exactly what I was looking for. My shipment came within a week or so. I am very pleased with with the service I received.

  I don't feel like I want to drag this out any longer however I will note a few things: - Ordered in October and received over a month later because they had a backorder that they did not inform me of. I try to follow-up and their phone lines take me to an answering machine several times, emails go without reply. - I receive my order and like half of it is broken. They continue to be near impossible to get a hold of until my 12th call in and 2nd email. They responded to my 2nd email. They replaced the items but they didn't really acknowledge anything except the replacement of the broken items. The email also seemed to be written very unprofessionally. - The last thing I wanted to do was leave a bad review, I was honestly so very excited about these products and supporting my local economy but the service was just so challenging and near non-existent that I can't help but give them a poor review. Please give me a reason to want to order from Kitchen Essentials again.

  Ordered 4 pans on January 3rd, received them on Jan 6th. Process was smooth and easy. They even sent a few extras - a spatula, cleaning product and a dish scrubbie. I would definitely order from Kitchen Essentials again and highly recommend.

  My order was backordered for a long time, but they contacted me right away and offered to refund if I didn't want to wait. I chose to wait and they hand delivered it right before Christmas (and earlier than expected). This isn't my first order with them and they have always been great!

  The two items were packaged in one envelope. The envelope was open when I received it, the envelope flap looked as though it wasn’t stuck properly when the items were put it in. Luckily Canada Post was careful to not dump the envelope, when I removed the envelope from our postal box I almost dumped the envelope contents into the snow.

  I ordered 3 different items on September 20 and when it arrived 2 of the items were incorrect. I immediately contacted Kitchen Essentials and was told the correct items would be shipped to me and it is October 23rd and still nothing. This is unacceptable customer service and shipping times. I have also tried phoning the company numerous times and nobody ever answers.
