  The site was easy to use. Because of covid, there was a delay in getting my order, but I was kept up to date on its progress. When the exact product I was looking for was returned because someone had ordered the wrong item, I was offered that instead, and received it within a couple of days. The customer care at Kitchen Essentials is top notch!!

  This product was a birthday gift but she tells me she loves it! My only disappointment was that it said 48 hour delivery and it took a full week to arrive. Therefore because of my own delay in ordering, she did not receive it on time for her birthday.

  I was told the product was back ordered and would be available in a few weeks. Did not hear again for over 4 months so assumed it wasn't available. Was pleased to get an email to say it was shipped just recently. I realize there are many problems due to Covid so just glad to finally get the order.

  Site is very easy to navigate and the items arrived packed so well I wondered if they were actually in the box! I made an error on one order and the customer service person was terrific in helping me correct it and in receiving what I actually meant to order. Polite and friendly on the phone my call was returned the same day. No complaints wirh this company. Have ordered a few times and have not been disappointed.

  Everything great except for the fact that the description of the Mansion Coupe Mug doesn't indicate that it is also part of the Cashmere collection which is a creamier shade of white (I was trying to match to mugs I already have). They looked the same so I ordered them anyway and they do match.I

  We're very familiar with Gastrolux products, but they're hard to find. We were very happy to discover that Kitchen Essentials carried Gastrolux. We were able to find exactly what we wanted and received our product in no time. Kitchen Essentials was very easy to deal with and very professional.

  The product I ordered was great and very well protected in shipping. However, my expectations were lowered when I discovered how long it took to receive shipment updates from the company. Further, the timelines between when I was told I would receive my purchase and when I actually received it were so far apart, even in Covid standards, that I was close to disputing the charge on my credit card. I am highly disappointed with the service in those regards.

  Amazing selection of high quality products but not all products on sale are in stock. At least during Covid, be prepared to wait 4 weeks for your order. Customer service was extremely responsive when I asked about the delay.

  Overall I received what I ordered and it was what I wanted and I was very pleased. I would say - delivery was a bit slow considering how close I live to the company location - I am assuming that may be pandemic related. I would definitely use Kitchen Essentials again.

  I had a great difficulty finding the Wusthof knife that I wanted to buy. It was out of stock on all the websites I tried. I eventually contacted the Canadian Distributor and they directed my to Kitchen Essentials. The product I wanted was in their online inventory but I could not add it to my cart. I left one or two phone message for customer service and did not get a response and so I went back to the Wusthof distributor. Raffi from Kitchen Essentials contacted me right away and corrected the online ordering system so that I could buy this product. After one week, my knife was still showing as waiting fulfillment and so I called Kitchen Essentials again. They were waiting for the kife to arrive from the distributor and expected to ship it the next day. They normally ship using Canada Post, but my item went out as promised by Purolator (I think - it was a gift and I didn't actually see the package). It was a long process involving lots of follow-up on my part but I was impressed with the help I received. Raffi promised to deliver the knife in person if he couldn't ship it express! I will try Kitchen Essentials first when shopping for kitchen items as a result of my experience.

  It has been more than 10 days since I ordered the item but I have not received it yet even though my location is not very far from this store. I asked the customer service by email to verify it about the delay but there is no answer. Also I also left the my message in the voice mail but no answer.   Ordered product online on Dec 6th, website stated it would ship in 24-48 hours. When I called to 10 days later to see why the product had not yet shipped I was told they weren't in stock. I was then told they would called to be given an update, I was never called. Product arrived a month later. I would have ordered elsewhere if this is how Kitchen Essentials conducts business.

  An order placed Nov 27th did not arrive until Dec 29th. Too late for Christmas. Email enquires and Live Chat attempts to ascertain a delivery date went unanswered. Very disappointing! I won’t be shopping with Kitchen Essentials again.

  They should use Purolator instead of Canada Post. Shipped December 21th and still haven’t received. I am in Quebec and it’s shipped from Ontario. Should take 1-2 days not more than 2 weeks. Estimate time of arrival is January 5 th. Ridiculous!

  I wanted to support local, but they only had one set of 2 that I wanted. They would order another set for me. Never came in. I checked with them twice. Not happy. I needed another set. Found your site and was so amazed at the price and the speed of delivery. I will be speaking to the owner of the local store and let them know they lost business, because they wanted to save money on a bigger shipment. Now I will go to kitchen essentials first. Sad, but true. Thanks you again!
