  My shopping experience has been excellent. I had issue paying my order using my credit card. I tried paying through my spouses card too and didnt work. Then we used paypal and they payment we through. The credit cards work everywhere else. But apart from that i have very happy with the quick delivery and after sales service. I will shop here for all my kitchen needs. Thank you

  First time using Kitchen Essentials, I was extremely disappointed with what I got, did not match what I thought I was buying. I did call several times, go no answer, I believe that this is a Warehouse Business, where they are quick to ship, and after that, it does not matter. You would think that after spending over $400.00 for a carving set, it would come in something better, than individual cardboard boxes. Would have spent a bit more at a larger dept store, to have received better customer service. Would not buy from them again, or recommend them,

  credit card was charged 8 months ago feb 14 and nothing shipped all attempts to contact the company I couldn't get through. left messages emails etc, never got back to me. I just received my order of course now I no longer need it as I bought the same product from a different company already. I'm selling it at a discounted price as I do not want to attempt to return it.

  Our order came in a reasonable amount of time (one month). Since it was almost impossible to get nowhere else, always listed s sold out or unavailable, we were very happy to get these bowls to add to our set. Our only complaint was the delivery service who delivered it to a neighbour. Luckily for us the neighbour contacted us and we were able to go and get it. Yikes!

  The service from Kitchen Essentials was very good. Delivery of the items was as expected, although, the carving fork was on back order and took longer. Kitchen Essentials took the time to contact the company directly to see how long it would take to receive the fork and advised me of same. I received the fork within the timeline provided. Overall, very satisfied with Kitchen Essentials service.

  Very efficient, received my order in a couple of days after placing it. It was also the only supplier I could find for a particular design of mugs I was after. The only comment is that one of the mugs was slightly chipped around the edges but to be fair I haven’t contacted them for resolution. I would definitely order from them again.
