  This was my first experience buying from Kitchen Essentials and it was great! The ordering was easy, the package (4 plates) arrived promptly within 2-3 days, as promised. They were very well packaged! I’d buy from them anytime without hesitation. One plate had a couple of flaws in it, so I emailed them with photos. They replied within 24 hours and offered to replace the dish. I received the dish 2-3 days later. This is excellent after-sale customer service!

  Kitchen Essentials was terrific. I messed up and ordered the wrong size of pot and they were wonderful about having me return the wrong one and sending me the correct one. I don’t think they even charged me for extra shipping. They were reasonably quick, too. Very helpful folks!

  I wanted to support a Canadian business and to NOT buy something made in China. Kitchenessentials filled the bill admirably with a great selection of knives in various price ranges which allowed me to buy just what I needed. I ordered one day and the package arrived around noon the following day- can't beat that kind of service, and I will be recommending the company to family and friends.

  Products are good but customer service is a zero....when you order here cross your fingers and hope the shipping company in my case UPS doesn't loose your package because you'll be completely screwed if you want a reimbursement

  The product was exactly as described and expected for much less than other retailers (online and in store). Unfortunately they don’t have all available add ons to the set but the price was right for what I got. I ordered 3 sets of the dishes and one plate arrived broken but I emailed customer service and received a very quick response. After confirming only one damaged plate a replacement was sent right away to complete the set. I will definitely buy from Kitchen Essentials again and highly recommend them!

  I got the mixer on Kitchen essentials at the cheapest price as compared to any other website or in store offers. I am really happy for that. The only issue is with the delivery. You wont be able to track when you will receive the package and no one will pick your call or won’t reply to your messages left on voice mail. One day courier guy will come and leave a notice stating that they tried to deliver the package but you are not at home even though you are there throughout than you have to go to the pick-up point and carry the package (8kgs) changed 3 buses and come back (as I don’t have a car) managing both package as well as your 2 year old son (as my wife was away for job). That is the worst part.

  Loved loved loved dealing with this company. My order was shipped same day! The knives (Wüsthof Classic Ikon Crème Three Piece Knife Set) are beautiful. Updates were consistent and I believe I received my knives within 3 days of the original order and I live in Northern Ontario in a remote area!. Nice to have a Canadian company to purchase such beautiful products.

  The customer service is fantastic. They ship out orders very quickly if product is in stock. On this order I noticed that it was awaiting fulfillment for a few days. I asked about an ETA and was given the option to wait for 10 days for stock to arrive or the option to change my order to an in-stock items, which I did. That arrived shortly thereafter. I will definitely order again.

  Not very happy that it took 5 weeks to get from Ontario to BC. After waiting three weeks, I contacted them on a Friday to ask where the product was, the person said that the product had not shipped yet and did not say why it had not been shipped. The person told me that it would be shipped on the following Monday and then I waited another 2 weeks before I got it.

  I needed assistance in choosing my products. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and patient. When I tried to place the order online it would not accept my payment and again the same person made it happen. I received my order the day after placing it.
