  I had originally ordered 3 sets of the measuring cups only. Then I realized that I wanted the cup/spoon combo so I quickly called them. They switched my order with no complications and I received them. They are all gifts for my daughters and sister and they are truly the best. They will never have to replace them! I’m going to a wedding shower in a couple weeks so will be ordering 2 more sets, one for the bride and one for me❤️

  My order came fast but despite being well packed one of our bowls was broken. I took a photo and emailed the company. The next day they had a replacement in the mail. No questions asked.   It was very easy to place my Kitchen Essentials order. The order was delivered in less than a week and I live in a rural area. One of the items was not the right one; I called and left a message and actually received a call back within a few days, imagine that!   If I could give 10*'s I would. I made an error on my first order which was promptly deleted and then I placed another order of my favorite bowl set. The order delivery was efficient and well packed, safely. The bowls are stunning! I even mentioned (well hinted clearly) to my hubby that I know what I want for my birthday, anniversary and Christmas. Next up more bowls and dinner plates! I just hope this design is around long enough for me to continually purchase. I will definitely be ordering from Kitchen Essentials again!   I was looking to buy some All Clad Steel Cookware, located that part of the site, and could see everything that was for sale, including single pieces or sets. And I could figure out the best options for myself. So I bought a 5 piece set of cookware, and it was delivered within a week. The cookware arrived very well packed, and I am very happy with my purchase. The 5 piece All Clad Cookware looks like it just came out of the factory! Perfect!   Items arrived within the time as it was specified. Fry pans looks great as described 18/10 stainless Steele metal with non-stick cover. Tried both fry pans and food is really not sticking to each pan with easy to clean after use.

  Amazing customer service!!! I ordered a Global Tomato knife. Package came as promised within 3 business days. Unfortunately was not the knife ordered. I called customer service and spoke to Raffi. He offered to refund the payment and send me the tomato knife. He also offered an amazing price on the wrong knife that I couldn’t say no to. After processing payment, he hand delivered the correct tomato knife. My collection will continue to be filled by this amazing company!
