  Service was excellent. This is the second time we have used Junk King for moving a family member in Colorado. We live in Oregon, so we were so grateful to have their help - from a distance. They stayed in close touch by phone, and verified what needed to be moved, and what could stay. They arrived on time, and completed the job efficiently. They contacted us when the job was complete, and took payment over the phone, which made the process so efficient. Our contact was very professional, as well as friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

  Great communication - called three companies and Junk King was the only one who answered with a human instead of a text service. We chatted in the late afternoon and they were to my house by 8:30am the next morning. Fast and friendly service - Highly recommend.

  Using Junk King was a great experience! I called while we were cleaning out the garage and they were able to come same day! Even came earlier than scheduled! They took everything we needed to. I love the fact that they try to donate or repurpose as much as they can. I will definitely use them again when we start cleaning out closets!

  Keegan and Nate came to our business and removed chairs, desks, filing cabinets and accumulated items in our office basement. They were quick and efficient. In fact they were so quick that they were in and out before the employees arrived. The price was better than expected and was happy to tip the two young men. I would definitely recommend to any business.

  Overall pretty efficient, they had to delay my pick up time due to a large job ahead of me. In the future, I’d book the first time slot. Guys were strong and knew what they were doing. Would be helpful to know more specifics on what is truly useable for donation or other option than trash. Not sure much of what I thought was useable didn’t just make it into the trash, based on a How the truck was loaded. Would use again if I have enough big pieces.

  What a great service! I needed help disposing of a large commercial grill. Using Junk King website, I was able to obtain an estimate and book online. Two very personable, capable young people arrived during the scheduled window and took care of business promptly. I would not hesitate to use the group again.

  Had a good experience with Junk Kings. Easy to schedule time. Good communication. Polite driver. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the website said they “recycle, re-purpose and donate as much as [they] can, rather than just dumping everything in a landfill,” but the way everything was thrown with force into the back of the truck, it was apparent that was not the case. I was bummed because some of my items were in good condition.
