  Communication is great, worked swiftly. The two men who had come to my home showed great professionalism, personality. Although not needed I was talked about a payment plan which is an amazing option if you are in agree yikes and need the service. I will be recommending along with using again.

  Very prompt. Did a good job getting an oversized china cabinet out of our basement without damaging walls. The 2 workers were very friendly and efficient. Very pleased with the service and the price was reasonable. I would call them again if the need arose.

  Anthony and two other guys were at my house on time in fact, a little early, which was greatly appreciated. It took them a matter of minutes to get my furniture out. They were pleasant. They were considerate of walls, etc. They did a great job I would recommend them to anybody.

  This is our second time to use Junk King! Ron and Dee did a fantastic job removing and disposing of an old jacuzzi and some other items, They thoroughly cleaned up all the debris and did a great job! I Highly recommend this company!

  After reading reviews, I decided to try Junk King. After setting up appointment for 9-11 AM which was done quickly and timely manner, things went downhill fast. At 1143 I got message stating they were running behind. Fine, I understood. When I didn’t hear from anyone. At 130PM, I sent a text asking for update. Message back stated they will be reaching out shortly. At 2:12 PM I got a phone call from a driver stating he wasn’t supposed to be the one picking up for me but now was. He was leaving Doylestown. 2:46 PM, got a call saying he needed my address. 3:09 PM, arrived, he wasn’t very friendly. Seemed annoyed to have to be there. Took check after loading 3 items and never said anything else like thanks. Other team member was friendlier ( with smiles) but didn’t say anything. Glad I won’t have to be using them in the future.

  Alex and his colleague were exceptional. Professional, efficient and very easy to work with. Also, surprise! We were joined by a training crew of 3 and the Boss. It was like a half day’s work was finished in 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

  They arrived earlier than their dispatch estimated, they were very friendly, explained how the pricing worked and gave an estimate of the price and the amount of time it would take them. I thought the pricing was very fair and they were in and out in no time. Would highly recommend.

  Service providers were good and very friendly. But I was quoted a rsnge online and the driver told me that normally he determines the final price, then suggest it would be approximately $400 over what was quoted. He said there was a disconnect between the call center and the crew. I never used the call center, only used online. We wound up at the online price provided but I don't care for the upsell approach. Suggest you get your pricing act together.

  I would rate Junk King 10 stars!! I had a total mess I mean real mess of all sorts of junk from renters. From garbage to mattresses to old windows to stuff!! The representative was so polite, on time and explained the estimate thoroughly. When the clean up day arrived they were on time and worked really hard and finished super quick. 1 day ( I personally thought 2) Their price was very competitive and reasonable Highly recommend

  This is the second time I’ve used Junk King in Fresno. They were just as efficient and pleasant to work with this time. It’s worth every penny and second you’ll save to book them for your job, whether it’s a giant furniture piece (they’ve grabbed 3 from me) or just old clutter that needs tossing. Rudy called to give an approximate ETA and he & his partner were here and gone well within the 2-hour window I chose.
