  I called the Junk King on a Sunday and they answered. Amazing!!!! They told me when they would come out for an appointment or estimate, my choice. They were here on time a few days later. The team of Jack and Dre came out to my home. Gave me my quote, and got to work. It’s so refreshing to work with people that enjoy what they do. These two men did an exceptional job, worked hard and quickly and cleaned up their mess afterwards. I would highly recommend Junk King when you need Junk gone. It’s so refreshing to look outside and not see unneeded items anymore. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Junk is not cheap to get rid of, but it can be handled, professionally. I would choose these guys again in a heartbeat. Very fine company.

  Great Service! Came on time, worked quickly, and were excellent at communicating during the whole process. I even made mistake giving my address (Don’t schedule an appointment a few minutes after hauling a mattress up two flights solo.) and the handled it with any issue. From beginning to end a great experience. The only thing junky here is what they are hauling away!

  These guys were great! They were very quick and efficient. Also, very nice, patient, polite, and respectful. All we had to do was point. We had a lot of stuff in the basement and they made quick work of removing it. I highly recommend!! They made it so easy and were so pleasant while doing a lot of hard work. The price was also great, very fair. We will definitely use again soon!!

  This team did a great job. They were fast, efficient, and careful as they were taking out an enormous amount of loose stuff from our garage and basement. They were also very patient when my 95 year old mother came down and started rethinking what was being taken. These guys were fabulous and earned every penny we paid for their service.

  Saw one of your trucks pass while walking the dog this morning and booked estimate appt starting about two hours later. Within an hour, same truck dropped by, provided estimate, and they were gone in short time. Threw out the 'Call Junk King' note I've been staring at for two weeks. For the 2 1/2 F-150 size loads, price was reasonable. Even better deal for such prompt action. Very professional and cordial crew. Thank you for such great service.

  My experience was great. Junk King was very accommodating, they made it a point to work around my schedule and even changed the pick-up date one week out to better suit my needs.   This company is amazing. I had a lot of heavy items that needed to be moved out from the basement and these guys came and did it within an hour.   I had a very good experience with JunkKing of cranberry township. They were on time, friendly, provided a quick estimate, and gave choices about using a dumpster or having them do the work. The two men completed the clean out quickly within about an hour. Highly recommend their services.

  I’ve used Junk King 3 times over the last year. Each time it was to get rid of bulky home items and furniture due to renovations. Booking is easy. I just call and they deliver it. Then they come back to pick it up. The last time I called, they knew my information and made the booking process soooo much faster. The prices are SUPER affordable, you get to keep the dumpster for 3 days and 2 tons of weight is included. Whenever I need a dumpster, Junk King will ALWAYS be my go to.

  Very fast assistance, great customer service, and instructions were relayed from my initial call to the drivers with no problems. I was out of town when scheduling the junk removal, so it was very comforting knowing things were taken care of properly. Called them at 5pm on a Monday and they did not have any available drivers but was able to schedule a pick up first thing in the morning. Price for 2 piece couch pick up was around ~$200 (couch was a 3 seat sectional sofa with no cushions)

  One of the guys removed the garbage from the truck, put it back in the can, and refused to haul off the garbage that he initially promised to haul away after I asked him to sweep the corners of the shed that he missed. All of this was part of his job and what I was paying him for. When he asked was I satified, I asked him to sweep the corner of the door way first. He copped an attitude immediately, was literally stating he shouldn't help me to my face, and then proceeded to unload trash he already loaded to take off. He needs to be fired. He had actually asked me for a tip earlier. Even though I basically had nothing left, I told him I would do so. After he showed his true self, I absolutely refused to. THe worst company ever if this is who you hire!!!

  The two men that came out were very personable and friendly. The sink in fact was not cast iron but old concrete much easier to break up. My contractor had to loan tools to cut wire and I swept up as they moved along. They also had no buckets or other useful equipment to assist them. I still feel I was overcharged since my contractor and I assisted. All in all I’m glad the sink is gone. I will seriously have to consider whether to use their services again.

  Was expecting an estimate visit that turned into mattresses and bed frames being removed the same day which was very exciting cuz I was able to spend the rest of the weekend putting my apt back together before the new work week.   What a pleasure today was with the exceptional professional service provided by Roland and Robbie from Junk King North County. We have used other services in the past But Junk King was a real step up from those other services. Great and extremely fair pricing especially since they were taking an entire bedroom set. Handled everything with care throughout. Exceptionally efficient. Very careful of our cherry wood floors. Will use again and heartily recommend them to anyone.
