  Gave me a good price to clean up the yard. Didn’t realize what had been dragged up here until the came and cleaned out the yard in no time at all. Very professional no fooling around just got the done. The yard looks so much nicer now. Glad I had them come and clean it up.

  Fast, efficient, friendly. I was very pleased with the service. They arrived when they said they would and took only a few minutes to remove the item. I was really nervous about having the item removed before the new replacement came, but they took care of it.

  There’s a reason for the “King” in Junk King - aptly named. Three young men - polite, efficient, cooperative, strong, and hardworking - arrived at my door.   This might literally be the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with, in any industry, ever. Responsive, fast, just all around awesome. For example, I had sent an email to them to have something I had entered incorrectly on a form fixed. They had it updated before I finished reading the next email in my inbox. Able to accommodate a dumpster swap at the lat minute when we filled the first one up faster than expected, too.

  We had a very positive experience with Junk King when they recently came to remove our large L-shaped sofa. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. They were in and out very quickly. The charge was very reasonable for removing the sofa. I would highly suggest their services.

  Junk King was all that I hoped for. The scheduling process for a no obligation0 quote was seamless. Customer service staff was helpful and courteous on the phone. Communication via email to confirm appointment and estimate of items to be picked up was very efficient. Junk King set clear expectations with friendly service.   Employees were very kind, professional, and efficient. Overall happy with the service and glad to get the items out of our house. I only gave four stars because the pricing seemed high for the two items we had picked up which were just too heavy for us to haul away ourselves. We’ve used your service before and we were quite happy. However, we had a lot more to haul away last time so pricing seemed more fair when we had a truck full. Just my opinion.

  Junk king is the king undisputed king. The people at junking are the nicest, most empathetic, efficient and polite people with the finest services in the state of New York. Their equipment is brand new always, and they are the kindest service you can possibly get in New York State. My representative Tim was so polite and so kind and helping me with my needs! John King has the finest rates and you can’t get better service than junking in New York State. They are the finest bar none. I have used junking over and over again because they are the finest service available. They are prompt and empathetic. As a frequent user of junking, and no other service comes close, I am a happy customer and always will be. I am a law professor and attorney of 40 years. As a business person and professional, I understand the need and importance of professionalism. Junk king is the embodiment of both. Nobody is better in the business. Nobody accommodates the customers better. Nobody uses better equipment. Nothing even comes close. They are the finest in the state.   After calling corporate companies not located in my city. I chose this local company… They could give me the exact price over the phone without having to come over and give me an estimate. They stuck to this price even though they had to take my elliptical apart a bit and were even glad to move a piece of furniture back for us. Very friendly and professional service! Oh, and they were the least expensive of the options I checked out!
