  Professional, polite and fast service! The team called before arriving and I could not believe how fast they got a several piece sectional and chair out of the house. Didn’t leave a mark on any of the walls either. Highly recommend!

  The two fellows who handled our pick up were great. Friendly, helpful, and made the process easy. They gave an accurate estimate, and did their best to fit things in the truck in the most space-efficient way. The price was much more reasonable than the big competitor. I would highly recommend Junk King!

  Efficient, professional, and friendly. So easy to schedule a pickup. They showed up on time gave me a fair price and took my “junk” away.   Service was great; I was very satisfied. The movers were friendly and made sure my items were moved carefully as some were going to be donated. Pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend Junk King and will definitely use them again if my need arises.

  We called Junk King the afternoon before and arranged a pick-up for the following morning - perfect timing for us. Our “junk” was construction demolition debris with all sorts of nails and sharp edges (no way we wanted to dispose of this ourselves). JK’s guys driving their unmistakable truck arrived precisely on time. The lead guy assessed our haul -away debris, gave us what we thought was a reasonable and fair price, we accepted and signed their paperwork, and then the two got right removing our junk! Gloves on, they made it look easy. This was the second time we’ve engaged Junk King. They are definitely our go-to source for this kind of service.

  Super professional, accommodating, and prompt!! I called on a Wednesday about the possibility of getting a dumpster dropped at my place for the weekend. I wasn’t sure I’d be giving them enough time or if they even had any dumpsters available with such short notice. Not only did he free up a dumpster for me, they had it delivered the next morning, and when I got home from work it was dropped exactly where I asked for it to be left. I’ll always come back to Junk King any time I need a service they provide!!

  we had a sofa bed on the second floor, to heavy for us to move down stairs. we made an appointment on line. employee called twice to let us know when they would arrive. arrived on time, took about 10 minutes to remove the item and load it into the truck. the employees were friendly, polite and seemed to enjoy being of help.   These guys are awesome. The appointment was easy to set up, customer service was kind and helpful when I had questions, the guys who came to collect everything were very nice and fun to talk to and did an excellent and swift job of loading everything up. Prices seem fair. And I especially love that they are environmentally conscious in attempting to recycle or repurpose as much as possible before anything hits the landfill.

  very happy with the services provided by your employees Luois and Juan @65 Harvard St, Chelsea, I got a call sooner than my 2hr time window, they came with an empty truck and worked hard filling it up. Im satisfied with what i paid for the amount of stuff removed, only wish you had bigger trucks. I definitely would recommend Junk King and Luois and Juan.

  I was going to rent a uhaul and take junk (furniture and odd bulky things) to the landfill and pay to dump. But through Google I came across Junk King! I am so glad I did! They responded quickly and came out quick. They gave a reasonable estimate and I let them take it right away. I did not have to lift a thing! We had an evening appointment so the truck was pretty filled by the time they reached us so we had to reschedule for them to come back and get the items they couldn’t take. I would suggest if you need it all gone in one day take a morning appointment where the truck is basically empty but remember the more you fill the more you pay but their prices are very reasonable. The workers were very quick and knowledgeable yes knowledgeable about removing junk! I was amazed how easily they removed the furniture and then broke it down to fit in the truck. I would highly recommend them and will use agin if I ever needed this type of service again.

  I have used them before and the service was very good. This time not so much. On the original day they were supposed to be here between 1-3. Called at 3:30 & 4:45 to get an update. They returned my call at 5 and rescheduled for the next day 3-4 as I would not be there to pay them until 3. They called about 1:30 and wanted to come early. I said go ahead but they would have to call me for payment. The item was picked up and was in good order.

  Team called 15 minutes before arrival, and arrived promptly at designated appointment time. The guys were polite, worked cleanly and problem solvers with moving a large sofa through a narrow doorway. It feels so good to have my junk gone without lifting a finger. Thank you, Junk King!
