  They worked really hard to remove 2 difficult, heavy items. They did manage to remove them but put a hole on the floor of my porch and never mentioned it to me. If they had, this review would be excellent. Also, one of them left a knife behind. I'm disappointed they didn't tell me about the hole.

  We called Junk King on such a short notice as we had a site visit. Upon calling, they said they would be at our community in 30 minutes and in fact arrived at the stated time. They also completed the task in a prompt manner. This is our 3rd time using Junk King and we will continue to use their services.

  We called this morning, Sunday thought we were scheduling for next week. Pleasantly surprised that they could come today. Charles and Juan were very easy to work with. They were on time and out all the junk in our garage. Very reasonable priced. Will definitely use in the future and recommend to anyone who needs a little help with finishing cleaning up.   Customer service was VERY polite, scheduling was quick and easy, availability was EXCELLENT, and the appliance removal service was expeditious! I was not able to be present for the pick up, but the mover followed my directions willingly and without any issues. I REALLY appreciated that since there are thousands of opportunities for scams these days... I would def use them again. I almost wish I had a reason to! ☺️. Price was fair and comparable, especially for what turned out to be a same day pick up! Would def use them again👍🏽

  Hunter was great, he was very kind and respectable, he made sure we had everything taken out we had discussed and even let me double check things before they left. He knew what he was doing and he was very coordinating with the gentlemen he had with him. The guys with him were very nice as well I didn't catch their names.   Eric and his 2 colleagues were awesome! My sofa was too big to fit through my tight staircase. They were miraculously able to remove the sofa via the back patio and high fence. They were also very careful not to damage anything. These guys are absolutely amazing!

  This was the second time in 3 months that I’ve called Junk Kings. I had immediate response, they were able to send someone out for an estimate the same day I called. The two men that came were very polite, courteous, and respectful of our property. They gave me a price that I was happy with so they loaded up all of our construction debris and were out of there in less than an hour. I would/and have recommended Junk Kings! They’re great!!

  Really wonderful company to work with. We had to book VERY last minute (basically the day before) and they were happy to accommodate us. My Uncle passed and we had to clean out his storage, unknowing that he was a hoarder. The hoarding situation was pretty bad, and they didn’t gag once!! JK. They were very gracious about a situation that we were embarrassed to get anyone else involved in and the (very large) storage unit was completely clear in under two hours. The price we were quoted for a full truckload was very fair, and that unit filled up an entire truck. I can’t speak about pricing in comparison to other companies, but the website (as of Sept 2024) says they’ll match any written estimate. I tried to get a few more quotes from other companies around the area and none of them even picked up the phone. So that says a lot in itself. If the need arises, we will definitely use Junk King again.
