  I ordered 2 weeks ago and of today have not received any notice of back ordered or shipped and my credit card was charged 2 weeks ago. I have a great need of this order and need to know.

  Finding the correct stockings was rather easy. The shipping information has been anything but good. After 3 days the shipper has not given any time frame for delivery. The shipment comes via 2 shippers which is not favorable in this case.

  The "hand off" between Jobst and the USPS never seems to go well when the USPS is involved. Finding a different shipper for actual delivery is encouraged.

  Very easy to use the website. As a nurse who works 12 hr shifts with periods of 3-4 hrs of not sitting down ONCE, these are the best stockings ever. At first, I was wary of thigh high being too tight; but in fact, it was just the opposite. My legs feel light whenever I wear them and I can't work without them. I highly recommend them!

  Order process was a bit too confusing. Delivery was 14 days when the standards these days are 2 to 5 days. Boxes the socks were delivered in had been flattened and torn. They appeared as if they have been opened and then put back in the box. The plastic mailer they were in was undamaged though. Maybe package the socks in a plastic bag rather than a box that gets damaged in shipping? Actual socks were just what I ordered. Note: Avoid compression socks offered on discount where the size is not a match as they will not work. The jobststockings.com web site had some discount offerings where it was unclear what sizes were available due to the way the website works. It would be better to always show the size charts and just mark which ones are not available. Note2 These socks are way too expensive to be arriving as if they were cheap knockoffs from china that fail after the first wash.

  Bought a JOBST® Arion Easy Slide Application Aid for Open Toe Compression Stockings - Large to help with putting on medical grade compression wear after surgery. It works just as it should, helping slide on compression to calf area. The only thing I would change, is making it longer to get above knee. Happy with the assist though. Shipped quickly and does the job. Thanks!

  I love my Jobst stockings. I have been wearing one on my right leg for the past 35 years. My legs was severely damaged when I was hit by a car. The stocking provides support, keeps the swelling down and covers multiple scars

  I was offered a 3rd pair for 43.97 but they were a different material than appeared in the ad. The sports sock the same but they have other material and some cotton etc…not quite what I expected but they felt good the first 2x I wore them. $73.97 a pair is cheap but the local medical company will no longer accept insurance for them although blue cross has been covering for half the price and I stilll paid $34 a pair. (Choice Medical Supply, Abilene Tx)

  I ordered by phone. The microphone in their phone was faulty, so I couldn't understand anything they were trying to say. Also, their style of speech was difficult to understand.Then, I finally understood that the white Jobst knee hi socks I need for summer, were no longer available! None of this was business-like, even though the person speaking to me was quite kind, and tried their best to be helpful.

  Very easy to navigate the website. I really like the ultra sheer compression socks with the lace silicone top band. I was skeptical that it wouldn’t work well, but turns out it works SO much better than the regular dot silicone top band. I am constantly pulling up the relief stockings with the dot silicone band. I never have to pull up the ultra sheer stockings with the lace silicone band. Definitely wish I’d purchased double of those, rather than the relief version.

  Jobst Compression Hose is doing wonders for my legs. I have lymphedema and I use the compression hose to control it. I use a 20-30 compression on my left leg and a 30-40 compression on my right (which swells more often and gets larger). My legs look like legs again and my feet, like feet.

  Having trouble with stockings staying up to my knees. The petite does a better job of staying up and does not cut too deeply into my leg. I prefer the close toe to the open toe.

  I have been wearing Jobst stockings for close to 35 years. I love the quality and the selection. One of my legs was damaged in a an automobile accident and is severely scarred and swells by the end of the day. Not only is Jobst stockings a wonderful cosmetic stocking( hides all the scars) but it keeps the swelling down so that both legs look great.

  The compression socks are so comfortable to wear on my long days of work! They don't irritate my skin, and I don't get that hot with them. I had a friend recommend them and I'm excites to buy some more pairs.

  I really like the support and open toe freedom. But I have to say the past 2 times I ordered the heels are very thin and ripped. So I haft to order new ones.. the compression is great, but heels wear out fast

  I have struggled with finding the right fit. My first pair, bought at a local women’s shop, were mediums and fit right. The second pair, another medium, were bought from Amazon and were woefully small for my foot. After returning them, I went directly to Jobst for the third pair and went with a large. Now I have two pairs, one medium and one large and my lower leg compression needs appear to have been met. Thanks, Jobst!
