  They have petite which is good for us short people but occasionally, size varies. Biggest downfall is lack of color and pattern. I may be older but I do NOT want flesh colored support hose like the old ladies of old.

She put in a new order for them and also noted in my account that I live in CA and that the laptop I used before and will again in the future is my personal property and is at my home in CA. Thanks

  I am very satisfied with my Jobst purchase. I have been buying Jobst support hose for many years but just reduced the strength to 15-20 (I think that’s the numbers). So much easier to put on and take off. Not quite as much support but close. I will be ordering more.

  As a registered nurse, Jobst is the gold standard for true graduated compression socks. When I needed to start wearing compression hose, I bought my first pair. I had to return a pair to find my correct size and the staff was very helpful and the exchange was quick and hassle-free. I'm 5'4" and have short legs so the availability of petite knee-highs was import. Most brands don't carry petite. I do find the Relief style sock is thick. I live in the SE so I will need something lighter during the summer. I wish they had more colors and some fun designs.

  These socks look and feel good. One suggestion would be to put shoe size in addition with the ankle and calf measurements on the website. I measure to a medium for the ankle and calf, so I ordered a medium. On the box it has the shoe size and for for my size it has a large. I think next time I'll order a large which will give me a little more length.

  I ordered the Relief Waist High 20-30 mmHg to help relieve pain in my thigh caused by a varicose vein. The relief was amazing! As soon as I donned the stoking, I experienced pain relief. I'm 5'4" and weigh 126 pounds. The s/p fit very well. Very comfortable. Customer service was excellent when I called with size and product questions.

  The sales representative was knowledgeable and very helpful; no issues. As a retired RN, I carefully followed the measurement instructions and ordered appropriately. Got the stocking on as directed but when I attempted to carefully remove, it tightened so severely I had to cut it off to prevent damage to my leg and relieve the severe pain it was causing! I’ll resort to a different product.

  The Company is inefficient and needs to assign someone to keep track of items that are out of stock so that customers do not order items that will not be shipped for 3 months! This is not the first time this has happened to me. Venous insufficiency is not a condition that can wait that long for new stockings.

  I was on the page to check out when a “pop up” offer appeared. It included “free shipping”. AFTER I clicked on it I noticed the details that it included the purchase of another item. I tried to find a phone number to call but the only option for notifying the company of the error was by email. I finally was able to access it and send my message. The first message was “we will have someone contact you”. The 2nd was that the items were already packaged for shipping. “You can contact us and we’ll help you set op a return request.” “If you have and questions or concerns…..” Again, there is no phone number.

  Jobst is still the best compression stockings in my opinion, but having to wear worn out stocking for the past few months because my order has been in back order for almost 3 months, has made me pretty leary of ordering again from this site. 3 months is a LONG time to wait for a product to arrive.

  I only wore them twice. I loved the stockings until they started slipping down repeatedly. i was at work and had to keep going to the restroom to pull them up. They were expensive so that adds to the disappoint. I ordered the petite size but they were too long. The second time i wore them i pulled them almost all the way up (i know they aren’t supposed to be pulled up that high) in hopes they would stay up but they still kept sliding down.

  I didn't like how fragile the material on the thigh part is, they break very easily, I thought it was because of my long nails, so I decided to cut them a little, but it was the same result. This does not happen with other brands.

  I have yet to receive a set of stockings that are any consistent size. I have never been a small, but the mediums were too long. Additionally, the waistband on the hosiery is flimsy and does not stay up around my waist.

  I got the large/petite, open toe.The length and fit on the leg is great but the foot part is too big. It's not shaped properly like a foot and therefore bunches up in the arch area when you put your shoes on. Not very comfortable if you don't smooth it out.

  Jobst products are fantastic, however the website does not make it easy to find the right solution for your needs at all. The cost of these items makes trial and error an unacceptable approach. What are the differences between all the very slightly different models/options? How does one choose? Why are color selections so limited? Why do the examples seem to display poorly making choosing a color (when available) so hard? For products sold on Amazon, wow, it gets even harder to find the real and correct item. This website could be much better. The products are super though.
