  There are three changes I would make to the Ulcer Care stockings First, make the material stronger so it does not tear as easily when the stocking is being pulled on, or taken off. I have put a finger, fingernail through the material several times, and eventually the stocking is no longer usable. NOTE - I am NOT saying increase the compression level, only the strength of the material Second, as some of your compression stockings have, add some latex/rubber at the upper band to help the stocking stay up. When the ulcer care stocking sags, it causes issues Third, and closely related to the second item, add some latex rubber just beyond the toe box to prevent the material from bunching up at the ankle, which as you can imagine also causes issues, i.e., pain Other than these changes, I find the ulcer care stockings quite satisfactory

  These socks have made a difference in how my feet feet and legs feel. the one thing I do not like is after wearing only a few times I end up with a whole in the toe area of the sock. My big toe just goes through the material on booth feet and/or the heel wears a hole. I am on my feet most of the day walking around.

  I purchased these stockings with anticipation that the stockings would provide support for my legs. Unfortunately, I paid a handsome amount of money for them and they will not stay up. The stockings roll down and place a lot of pressure in the lower part of my legs and cause pain.

  Shipping was fast. Good customer service I was kept informed until my order was delivered. Have been wearing the stockings for about 2 weeks now. One foot got a small run in it at the bottom. I’ll keep wearing them until the run gets bigger I throw it away. Didn’t expect it to run so quickly but overall good product. Will buy again once it’s restocked.

  So far I love these and they are true to size. They are challenging to get on but I take that as a good sign, that they are working. My only critiques are a) they are not as opaque as I expected. They feel and look more like regular stockings than I expected. B) they are quite expensive, which will deter me from buying more from the jobst website for my next pair. I wanted to have some certainty about getting them sized for the women's size chart, so I bought my first pair from Jobst directly. But there are many competitors on the market that are half or two thirds of the cost of these.

  The website is really good in terms of displaying the products, how to determine size, etc. The phone number is clearly displayed in case a person needs some help, which I did, and it’s wonderful to call and speak with a person!   After an assessment with a Physical Therapist regarding compression stockings, it was recommended that I would benefit from their use. The therapist recommended Job stockings and opened the website to show me what type of stockings would meet my needs.. She sent the link to my phone and when I got home, I was able to navigate the site, review the information and place my order with ease. The order status was communicated to me via email and the package arrived within a few days. I highly recommend visiting the Job website for your compression stockings.

  Navigation on the sight was easy and today I had to call Jobst because I gave them a wrong size. The woman on the other end of the phone was wonderfully helpful ad told me what and how to handle this. She was a delight to work with. Checkout on the site was also very, very easy.

  Ridiculous that it took 6 months for my order to be delivered. I know a fair bit about supply chain issues and international business. I'll certainly be considering alternative suppliers in the future. My previous experiences has been much better, but what can one expect. Is this the norm? Great that regular updates were provided, but multiple estimated dates were wrong. What was the real issue? Did your supplier facility in Asia somewhere burn to the ground or get washed away by flood? Give me a specific reason why it took 6 months to deliver 4 pair of brown stockings / socks and I might feel better about ordering from you again.

  Difficult to put on the liners. Covering the toes and adding footy socks-grips to walk creates a sweating condition which is a problem in elderly patients. The biggest problem is at night time and the patient moves their legs in a shredding motion causes the center strap to cup. We had to put another tube sock on both legs to prevent cupping. A better grade of Velcro is needed or the center strap needs to wrap further around the leg to resist cupping. The time consumed to put them on and maintain in a cleanly fashion is excessive except by professional personnel.

Your solution for using another tube sock is a great temporary fix, but we understand that it's not ideal. Your suggestion about using a better grade Velcro or redesigning the center strap to wrap further around the leg is really insightful. We understand that the time it takes to put the liners on and keep them clean can be a bit much, especially without professional help.   Excellent buying experience and outstanding followup; Purchase confirmation, shipping info, tracking info and fast delivery. Only two disappointments: socks no available in levi blue (which I call "Deutschblau") and, of course, considerable price increase over same socks I bought (from another source) two short years ago. Socks seem to be same high quality of socks that I bought two years ago. I would definitely recommend JOBST Stockings to others.

  I’ve been wearing compression socks since 2017. The Jobst Activewear brand is what I wear and I love them. I wear them year round. They never feel hot and they keep my feet and ankles from swelling.

  I have used your stockings for 25 years and they are the best. However, recently was the first time I used your website, something I like to do… buy my products from the manufacturer and not somewhere like Amazon. However, there was a pop-up that I don't like telling me I could get a 10% discount on my first order that went away because I didn't know what the conditions were and didn't want to take the discount right away. After I made the order, there was no way to recover the discount. As I was setting up my order, I was told I could speed it up by giving you my Mobile phone number. I am quadriplegic and cannot hold or operate a mobile phone. However, secondary check of identity can be done by my email address. But that option was not available or my desktop phone. Finally, when I came back to add another order I looked for my previous order and found it, but was not allowed to re-order that same item. A convenience I like when I come back six months later to order the same stockings again.

  I have a few pairs of JOBST® UltraSheer Women's Waist High 20-30 mmHg - Medium and am very happy with them. I have lymphedema in my legs and the doctor recommended that I wear compression pantyhose. I had some that tore after only a few wearings but I wrote to Jobst and was able to exchange them for a replacement. Ray was very helpful. Because of the compression, they can be really challenging to get on. I recommend watching the video. They are quite pricey but I have found they are the best ones for me. I tried a different brand that cost just as much and did not like them. Additionally, I cheaped out and bought some on line that said 20-30 mmHg compression that had great reviews and they were terrible because thay lacked compression.

  The top elastic around knee was too tight, had to take off after 4 hrs. Replacements sent were XL and are too loose. Still don't have correct Stocking. I have always ordered large, full calf, but your lady insisted I get XL.

  i have had great luck with them most last me up to a year washed daily i only had one pair from my last order last 3 months toes seam ripped out i am in the newest pair now hope they last longer but still very satisfied thank you

  My ratings would be between good and bad. It was advertised that the stockings were sheer which they weren't, where the stockings are folded there's a line in the coloring, and the toe bed is too big meaning too much material. I'm not happy with them.

  If you have foot or lower leg spasms, pulsing or cramps of those leg/foot muscles --- you will find, as I have found, that daytime use of these socks puts an end to those issues. Barry E.

  Las medias de la gama ulcercare son excelentes. Las ha usado mi mamá que tiene úlceras en las piernas producto de un sindrome trombótico obstructivo. Las úlceras han sido muchas y repetidas, el contar con este sistema ulcercare ha sido de gran ayuda para su recuperación. Tener la doble media permite que, en la noche cuando se debe quitar la media de comprensión, le quede la úlcera protegida, la cura en su lugar y el tejido es lo suficientemente suave como para que toda esa piel sensible se pueda sentir a gusto. Recomiendo usar la Open toe para que los dedos queden sin comprensión, ya que la presión continúa cuando usas las cerradas empieza a generar deformaciones en los dedos de los pies con el paso del tiempo

  Jobst are the best support socks. I have to wear them year round so I do not want them to be too warm. If I order according to the chart they are not high enough - so I oder one size up and that takes care of that issue, without interfering with the pressure. My only wish is that Jobst would strart making navy blue - not sure why they ever stopped. :(
