  Trying to Exchange 2 pairs of compression stockings for different size. No option to return multiple items. Jobst is unaware that their return procedure is flawed. Amazed company never checked out if the links they send in emails work properly. Recieved pair #1 today. Hope #2 shows up.

  I purchased compression knee socks for my husband's paralyzed leg 4 years ago and they worked extremely well. Recently I reordered several new pairs and they were very different. The new ones are not the same quality, do not have reinforced top and are smaller than the first pairs. I washed them before trying them on him so cannot return. So disappointed and will have to look elsewhere for something better

  I have worn various brands of compresion hose and Jobst is the best so far. The first pairs I ordered were too small since i went by my calf size which indicated a Medium. My feet were hurting and when I looked at the box which showed sizes bases on shoe size. This indicated that I needed Large. I got three pairs of Large and they are much better.

  It’s very difficult to judge size and fit when buying on line so you definitely have to try the products on. After reading your return policy, you may as just keep what you bought, throw it in a drawer rather than go through the hassle of trying to return something.

  I was using JOBST knee high support stockings years ago, and was happy with them. Recently I needed to start using them again. I dealt directly with the company, calling them and reading what my doctor had ordered. There was some question about my leg measurements and the person helping me said I needed a petit size. I told her I don't remember using petite before, but trusted her input. When they arrived they were too small. I called and explained what had happened. I was able to print a return label and send them back. What really impressed me was that 2 days later the correct stockings arrived, long before they would have received the returning too small ones. They obviously understood it was important for me to have them. THX JOBST, I really appreciated working with You.

  Everything is 5star EXCEPT the fit....the leg part is about 8"too short!!!!! Every manufacture I've tried has the same problem....which is a HUGE problem. I've discussed this with about 10 different friends and they all complain of the same problem...the crotch hangs down to about the middle of the thigh....can't anyone come up with a compression stocking with the leg part long enough?????

  I bough 2 pairs of stockings, a Relief thigh high 15-20mmHg and an ultra sheer stockings 15-20mmHg. I had no issues with the thigh highs which were comfortable but when I went to put on the ultra sheer stockings for the first time they ripped. I don’t have long nails and for the price point I would not have expected them to rip on the first attempt especially as I was not struggling to get them on, they were going on just fine.

  I don’t know what rating to give. I measured and ordered size small. The stockings are perfect and comfortable except for one thing: the top band is very tight and uncomfortable. I am unable to wear them.

  Their response to Customer's Inquiry is Totally Unacceptable! I received a shipment of 4 Pairs, but 1 Pair was Size Small instead of my Size Large, may have been my fault. Immediatley contacted Customer Service Requesting a Return & Purchase of a Large Replacement. CRICKETS! It's been close to a weeks & ZERO Response! I like the Stockings for the support, but NOT a happy camper with their Customer Service!
