I love my sport compression socks. I've worn them for years and love the new colors that are available now. I always buy them directly from the Jobst website and never have to wait very long to get my order. I don't suffer from edema or clots, but my legs feel so much better if I wear these, especially during my daily exercise.

Not only do I have neuropathy in my feet and legs but I also have it in my hands with numbness of several fingers which limits my hand strength. I love the opaque knee highs as I am able to pull them up. They are so comfortable I hardly feel that I am actually wearing a support stocking!

The quality of Jobst stockings is unquestionably superior. We bought two pair for my father recently to replace some old ones he's had for years. When the order arrived there was a small flaw in one of the stockings. We contacted customer service and they promptly helped with the exchange, which was simple and free of additional cost. I expect the replacement pair to be as good as all the other Jobst stockings we have used.

The stockings are fine. The experience on the site to order was terrible. It said that ordering 6 pair would mean free shipping. I tried to order 6 pair and the site would not accetpt it. It wouldn't even accept two pair so I settled for one. Shipping seemed slow but I don't know what the regular time factor is. I will order again because I need the stockings.

Fit was good, legs felt good after wearing for hours, my only issue was sock area was too long, I bought the open toe so I could wear with sandals and the ankle and calf size was good, but my shoe size is an 8. Probably won’t matter when I wear them with closed toe shoes. I bought size large. I’m a nurse, wouldn’t work without wearing them.

I find by contacting Jobst personally is more convenient for me. And excellent customer service as I need to replace the stockings in a certain time period. I haven't had that much by trying to get what I need locally.

Ordered wrong item. The next morning I called and the person was able to cancel the order and place new one for the correct item. She was also able to apply the discount code I used on the incorrect item. Shipping was very fast - 3 days! They fit very well (I had purchased worn this brand before). I ordered 2 pair of knee hi Jobst stocking 23 to 30 compression and found them too tight. I called and Jobst agreed to replace even when I had use one pair. The associate was very helpful.

I am a nurse working 12+ hours standing mostly and have worn Jobst compression stockings for 20 years! They energize my legs, and help to keep varicose veins minimal. I like the Jobst socks. The website and the product labeling leave a lot to be desired. Specifically, the peel-on labels on the product bags DO NOT have a part number/sku. That have a lot of descriptive information, but no part number whck=h makes reordering a nightmare. Even speaking with the customer service team to try to reorder the same sock I had received with my Farrowwrap was unsuccessful. I did receive a sock that works but size is a little off, The UPC codes between the two packages were different and in speaking with the CS rep, it appears they do not have a UPC/item number cross reference. This problem can easily be fixed. Here are two suggestions: one provide your CS team with a UCP/item number cross reference list or two, print the Item Number on the label along with all the other information.

Answer by David AFlagThanks for your prompt response and recognition of the issue. Here is a little more detail. I received a single sock as part of my order for a FarrowWrap basic. The UPC on the package was 042809 54031. Alfter discussing the description information on the package with your CS rep (with some difficulty due to multiple descriptive elements on the label), she advised that the item number was FLFH-PDIW4, and placed the order for a new pair of socks. The UPC on the socks I received was 0428089 540321. I hope this helps.

I have found the website to be somewhat misleading. When trying to order a specific stocking I got confused with the pictures of the stockings that were shown. When I did order the stockings they were the wrong ones. I finally reverted to calling the company directly and explaining the problem ordering the proper stockings. After giving the information about which stockings I wanted they placed the order for me and ended up sending the wrong stockings again. I call the company again and was told that this time I would receive the proper stockings. I did in fact receive the stockings I had been trying to get. I asked about returning the wrong socks I had received and was told they would send a return label for me to get a credit for returning the wrong stockings. However this also came with a restocking fee that I had to pay. I do believe in their products and use them daily. The problem seems to stem from not having a cut and dry method of listening a stocking number and description easily from the website. Thank you for your time and consideration.

My package was shipped via Fedex who decided that someone where they delivered it (not to my address!) refused the package and returned it to the sender whom I presume was JobstStockings.com. I tried to call them several times during their "hours" and the phone was always busy. Then when it was not busy it said "leave a message" and hung up before I could leave the message - twice! I finally went to their website again and sent a message via their "Contact Us" area. Hopefully I will hear tomorrow how they are either going to get my order to me or credit my card immediately. I really do like my Jobst Stockings but this vendor is not responsive.

I was easily able to find what I was looking for on the site. My order was less than buying from an other retailer. My order arrived quicker than Amazon does in my area! I have no complaints!! This is my second order of Jobst Compression socks. I use these for my husband's right foot/leg to improve circulation following a massive stroke in 2018 resulting in right side paralysis. They are machine washable and I dry them on top of the dryer which results in longevity of excellent elasticity. Other brands do not compare to Jobst's great quality, durability and effectiveness. Fast delivery, well packaged and will purchase again in 3-5 years. Great socks, no regrets!

Website easily navigated. Hose arrived ahead of outside date. Fit was perfectly aligned with size chart. They (full leg length anti-embolism hose) with Jobst fixative “It Stays”. Jobst is the only brand I wear to control my lymphedema. They are very comfortable and the fit is great! I've tried other brands, but keep coming back to Jobst Opague. Their customer service is excellent! I had a issue with a pair and it was very quickly resolved, even better than I expected. I will continue to be loyal to Jobst products.

While I only wear Jobst stockings and have for many years, this time I was very disappointed. The quality was not there. Sadly I believe the ultra sheer thigh high silicon band stockings were very old . The bands would not say in place and slipped down almost immediately.

I purchased rhe SoSoft knee high stockings in beige. They are the only compression stocking that I can actually get on without struggling along time and still not being successful.. They are soft and easy to get on my feet and to pull up, They are comfortable to wear especially over the edges of my toes. I am very grateful that Jobst makes such a fine product.
