I have little strength in my hands. So getting the compression hose off if very difficult for me. I had company and had to have them help to get the hose off my feet.

I’ve been buying these compression stockings for years and the quality seems to be going downhill, I bought a few sets a year ago which were great and then bought a few recently which they do not stay up as well and are not as stretchy, I’ll try a different brand next time

Quality is job #1. These socks are easy to get on( harder to get off) but they stay up all day long on my calves. The compression is excellent. These socks are expensive but well worth it. You cannot get a better product or better customer service.

i wanted the DocOrtho sox with the padding in grey and with a little compression. but the sox i got were too soft and did not have the DocOrtho name across the toe area. also the shipment was very hard to trak and i never could get an invoice. Don't use DHL when shipping anything to me. they lose stuff all the time.

I am a repeat customer because I think Jobst stockings are the best. I was able to find the items needed easily on the site. Delivery was very quick, especially considering it is the holiday season. When some items did not fit, I called Jobst and was able to schedule a return quickly and easily. I'm taking 1/2 star off because the return policy is not spelled out on the website, which would be very helpful to customers.

The web site is one of the worst that I have encountered. Trying to find the item I ordered before was a very trying experience. The the site is not stable; In many cases if the cursor is moved without using either the right or left buttons the site changes the image. I only giving site two stars because I did eventually find what I was looking for, it actually isn't worthy of two stars. I had the same problems when I ordered the first time.

Stockings I ordered were on backorder. I was never informed until I reached out 2 1/2 weeks later to find out where my order was. I've been using Jobst stockings for many years and they have served me well. The website is a little clunky. I find it poorly organized with different styles and sizes seemingly displayed randomly. I purchase men's, relief, thigh high, 30-40s, open toe, yet I can't go straight there. I think the website was designed by a bad committee.

The stockings (2 pairs at about $100 each) were delivered in a thin plastic bag without any protection. The boxes were very damaged and crushed to the point where the box ends were already opened when they were removed from the plastic bag. Shipping should have been done in small cardboard carton with bubble wrap or air cushions.

The shipping of my stockings was slow, but the stockings are great! I love the super tight compression at the ankles for my lymphedema. I do think the waist could be a little tighter... I am constantly hitching up the tights all day.

The socks as usual are perfect. That wasn't my problem. The package came in good time. That also wasn't my problem. The bag they came in was fine, however the 2 boxes inside where torn up, literally. I had ordered the" toe less" socks and the boxes said they had the "toe in" socks in side. Fortunately I looked inside and the socks were toe less, like I had wanted. The socks were put in the wrong boxes. It definitely was not the quality I have come to expect from Jobst.
