I am allergic to silicone. The only style you make with sensitive bands has a closed toe. The seams irritate my toes. I wish you made sensitive band stockings with open toes!

I have worn compression hose for 12 years these are the best I have worn. I use 20-30 compression hose and after many washings, they maintain their shape and compression.

I have found it impossible to order the opaque knee high socks I’ve been seeking. Instead, I ordered sheer socks and they are not what I want and need. There was no return label in the package, so I just gave up and kept the socks I will never wear. I am not computer literate, so could not follow the return instructions.

I had a terrible experience, dealing with and navigating the jobststockings.com website. The worst online experience I ever encountered. I finally received my order but only had one compression sock in the package I received. The customer service I contacted was unwilling to work with me to resolve the issue! I suggest Jobst Stockings contact Apple Customer Service to have them help you improve your customer service and online shopping experience. Apple knows how to do it and you don't.

All those things you list were fine. It's just that your socks these days just don't live up to the standards in years past. I still have some of your socks from many years ago and they are still wearable even though they no longer have the elasticity and ability to stay up on my legs they way they used to -- but they have much better features than your current socks do. They were outstanding. So disappointed that you no longer have them!

This is my second time ordering compression stockings from JOBST. Base on my prior experience working with a customer service representative ironing out my confusion on the types of materials plus sizes the stocking come in I was able to order the corrrect stockings I need this time on my own. I gave a 3 rating, but I'm not sure my current experience is acceptable to me. I've worn Jobst knee-hi ultra sheer compression stocking for years, but the ones that came with this order are too tight at the top, even though I have not gained weight. In fact, I have lost a few pounds, so I don't understand why these are suddenly so tight.

I have been using Jobst stocking for several years exclusively. Until now I have had very little problems. However this latest order. The first pair I put on felt different from each other. One was tighter than the other, did not come up as far as the other. It didn't feel like they were a matched pair. I have not tried the second pair yet.

I've been wearing JOBST stockings for about 7 years. The control my leg swelling nicely and seem to give some structural support to my damaged ankle. I have tried a couple of other compression stockings and quickly re-ordered JOBST as they excel.

These obviously aren’t the ones I need , after 3 hours my leg was hurting so bad I had to take it off it left an indent in my leg that looked like I had a tounequet on my leg it took about 2 days for leg to look more normal.my legs are different sizes so off the shelf compression garments don’t work for me.

I placed my order November 23. I was told the items were in stock and would ship immediately. I just tracked the order, and it says delivery expected on December 4. That’s almost 2 weeks. Unacceptable. I would not have ordered if I known it would take 12 days. .

The stockings can run - which is why they didn’t get 5 stars. For the price, they should last years! They help my problem of retaining fluid in my legs. They are comfortable, once you get them on. I do wear rubber gloves to pull them up.

My shopping experience was smooth and the product arrived just fine. The JOBST Ultra Sheer Women's Thigh High 815 mm-Hg seemed comfortable enough; but within 2 days of wearing them, they lost elasticity so that they would no longer stay up so I had to throw them away. I'm an average sized person, so would not have expected this issue after only 2 days of wear--especially since I paid $24 a pair. Additionally, they caused raised red welts on my thighs after several days. I won't be a repeat customer.
