iT IS DIFFICULT TO GET THESE STOCKINGS ADJUSTED SO THEY DON'T CAUSE ANKLE JOINT DEPRESSIONS. THEY MUST BE CAREFULLY MONITORED THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND ADJUSTED WHENEVER THEY BEGIN TO PRODUCE THE "RUBBER BAND" DEPRESSIONSIONS IN THE ANKLE JOINT. Some stockings never produce this effect.

I measured my husband's legs carefully and chose the stockings I thought would be best for him, but they were too tight to get on. Luckily, Jobst has excellent customer service and I was able to easily exchange the stockings for a larger pair.

Try to contact Aleva Health to return one of the items I get no response from customer service. I have tried for a week to get a response from them.The automated phone number say press one if you are a customer When I press one it says can’t connect try again later

Jobst makes good products, so I didn’t mind paying a premium for the Farrow wrap my PT suggested for a quadriceps tear. The workmanship is excellent, the fabric is beautiful, but it slid down my thigh after walking 1/2 mile, as did every other item I tried. Perhaps they need silicone on the inner layer? I could not use the Neoprene wrap of another brand, because my skin reacted to it, though that one stayed put. I did not return it thinking that injury could recur, and the wrap would help indoors, where I could readjust it from time to time, but it’s not helpful for very long outdoors.

My pain in my legs is pretty much gone since I started wearing these. For the most part they are very comfortable. My only complaint is I have long longs and they seem to be just a little short( they don’t come up fully in the crotch area). It’s just a little annoying but it’s better than the pain I was having. They also are pretty durable.

Unfortunately, this latest batch (I've been wearing knee high compression stockings for years now) is too long. I am 5'10" and have longer legs, and they fit fine, except they come up over my knee if I let them. They bunch up like a rubberband just under my knee and are painful after a little while.

Jobst are the best support stockings you can buy off the shelf. These thigh high stockings fit well and remained in place throughout a busy day. I prefer the waistband to using a roll-on adhesive, so I will continue to order these as needed. I used the size chart to order the correct size. They are a bit snug at the top of the thigh but this will stretch to fit with repeated wears. Worth the money.

Placing the order etc was fine. I ordered two styles of stockings, one for tall and the other Traveler stockings that only are sold in regular length. Only the tall fits well and I would like to exchange the regular Traveler stockings.

I have been a repeat customer since 2015. I have to purchase a new pair of compression stockings per doctors orders every year, I have been very happy with every order I have placed. I love the black opaque stockings, I hope they never discontinue them as they are the most comfortable and do what I need them to. Very happy customer!

I really like Jobst compression stockings. One of the few places where I can get petite. They feel good and easy to put on with a donner. My only thought was I would like a few more color choices. It was a little hard to figure out which items were good for petite women.

Very comfortable. Excellent cushioning. Great support. Eliminated my foot/ankle swelling. Durable. Took off a star because there is not really an intermediate height. The "crew" model reaches the calf (I'm 5'10"). But, overall, a great sock.

Ordering was fine. Shipping is longer than amazon... but to be expected. Got my order, I measured according to the chart and they're a little big, but not so big I can't use them. I have small feet/ankles so I think that's the reason. Anyway, I ordered the sensitive version offered, as I have sensory issues... they have tags, right on the cuff at the thigh. Probably not a big deal for most people. For me, it felt like being stabbed. I am used to taking a seam ripper to tags, but this was quite a job with these and not without some damage to the sock. I wish they offered tagless because otherwise, my legs do feel better wearing them.

i ordered a stocking for post surgery and got express shipping. I had no received any confirmation of my order nor information pertaining to it. Over a week and my order had not been received. I had not received any update of my order. I ended up buying from a different site with faster shipping. I called and the customer service woman I spoke to to cancel my order was wonderful.

Poor "after order info". I ordered on 12/17/2023. The order was confirmed on screen with an order number and then a statement to "Download the Shop app to track your order". Nothing more. Nothing. On 12/27/2023 I emailed them asking for a status. No answer. But "conveniently, the following morning I get an email saying that my order has shipped. It took 10 days to get any information from them. Yes, 1 day was Christmas, but still. Poor poor after sale service. (Oh and the "Sop" app had zero info on it about Jobst tracking, at least right off. It is an extra stupid step. Why not just send the F'ing tracking number and eliminate Shop?)

Great stocking needed post surgery on my legs. Good quality, albeit a bit more expensive than I remember them being. And I wish I could’ve gotten them locally at store for immediate use, instead of a 5 day wait. The product themselves though, great!

I ordered two pairs of compression stockings, pantyhose style and realized they were too small. I called and left a message for customer service and they called me back that same day and filled out the report that I was returning these two in exchange for two more pairs in a larger size. They sent me an email to confirm and a label to send them back. I haven't sent them back yet but they said they would send my two new pair out right away so I wouldn't be without. I am so grateful and appreciative of the time and effort it took for them to do this for me I will definitely reorder. Thank you! 😊
