  I have been a massive fan of IZIPIZI for many years and probably purchased north of 100 pieces over the years. I have however noticed that the quality seems to have taken a big dip over the last year or so. My frozen Blue reader last about 2 weeks before the arms come off.

  I first found them at Nordstrom in Fashion Island San Diego. So glad they are online. I have bought many and especially Camouflage. Hope they make them with sunglass lenses. I LOVE them. Two men I met in San Diego stopped me and Josh is a young hip black man a Mark is senior citizen who manages George's Camera Store. They are ordering because they love them too

  I bought a pair of Izipizi sunglasses while in Paris last year and when I went to wear them there was a crack in the frame. I contacted the company and they sent me a new pair. Now that's a great company!

  I had a pair of glasses break within warranty and the customer service rep was very responsive. We had a hiccup with a large duty charge on my free replacement pair, but the rep jumped in to resolve that as well. I now have my replacement glasses and am pleased with the hands-on customer service Izipizi provided!

  Sizing isn't true to size. I bought a pair of sunglasses aged 5-10 and they were too small for my 8 year-old nephew. They were not suitable for any child over the age of 6. Now I have to pay the return postage at half the price of the order, as I need to return them to France using a courier. To buy the correct size, I have to place another order, adding delivery and a return again if not suitable. Not worth it.

  Great products but a lot of effort to buy online and bad delivery service, for which I paid! Customer service available for limited time during the day and both chat and customer service available only in French. This is not the desired experience. You need to work harder.

  I just love these sunglasses. There are so many styles for different face types, and colours to choose from. I have one in red and one in navy to go with different outfits! Plus, they function well and there's no glare. They aren't for doing sports, rather fashionable. I definitely recommend them!

  Too expensive to return. I thought the glasses were the same as the ones I bought in a shop. They looked the same but smaller so didn't suit me. I got a confusing email but think this mistake has cost me £18
