  I purchased one pair in a store on vacation I loved them so mucin when I got home I ordered 2 more on line. Unfortunately one pair broke and when I called and sent the pictures of the broken glasses I was able to get a replacement. Great customer service and now I have my new pair.

  I had 3 existing pairs of reading glasses from 2 years ago that were very good. I purchased 2 more of the same power (2.5) recently. Both of the new ones are just as good for reading but my eyes begin to hurt after 4-5 minutes. If I go back to the old ones everything is ok. Izipizi must have changed something about the glasses. I cannot use the new ones.

  the new electric grey colour was not like the picture. when wearing them they look brown. not worth returning as I would need to pay for the return and by the time I get the refund it was too late to wear them for the occasion that was booked

  I love your products.....but ordered the wrong shape which is my own fault. Do I have any recourse? I purchased my 1st pair of Izipizi last October and I want the same pair. However, identifying markings seem to have rubbed off with constant use. Thoughts?

  Product received on time. The experience of use is good and the lenses are good. Comfortable and bright glasses. Just a hint. The bars of the glasses appear a little "weak" at bending. I would accept a little higher cost in order to have greater quality/ resistance. Overall, however, I am satisfied. Thank you IZIPIZI!

  Love these sunglasses. I usually only purchase polarized because I have sensitive eyes, but these do just as good of a job (if not better). They're comfortable, and a great price. Will be buying more pairs.

  Outstanding! I have bought multiple pairs of reading glasses, including sun glasses and foldables. Glasses arrived quickly. Quailty and styling are fantastic. I used to buy $20 glasses which fit poorly, broke easily and frankly were not attractive. IZIPIZI GLASSES ARE A GREAT VALUE.

  Les lunettes izipizi sont très pratiques et tiennent bien sur le haut de ma tête puisque je ne les utilise que pour la lecture. Elles ne se cassent pas facilement, il faut vraiment marcher dessus ou se cogner la tête pour les endommager. Comme elles serrent bien la tête, on ne les égare pas si facilement.

  The quality, range, website and delivery were all very good but returning one of the 2 pairs I ordered ( the finish was shiny not matte which I hadn't realised) was less than satisfactory due to no QR code to take to the Post Office (return label had to be printed, which isn't always easy from home) and the cost of postage to France from UK is high.

  I appreciate the two year warranty. I had one broken recently and your customer service promptly guided me to upload the photos and serial number to give me credit to purchase a new one. I purchased two more on top of that replacement. I love the style options and quality of the frames.

  I chose glasses from the artefact collection because I wanted something both stylish and old fashioned. Delivery was as expected and glasses look as described. Only downside the whitish / pinkish carry pouch tends to look grubby after being carried in pockets. Otherwise I've no complaints. Would buy again.
