  The quality of the glasses is good, everyone compliments them a lot. And I always mention the brand name. The only thing that really disappointed me was that the receipt didn't say that I bought glasses, and that's why I couldn't get a refund from my plan. How can you buy glasses, and the receipt doesn't say that I bought glasses? I thought it was bizarre!

  Ik kocht 2 zonnebrillen voor mijn zoontjes van 15 maanden en 2,5 jaar. Ze zijn kwalitatief en mooi. Hun aanbod in doosjes zou alleen beter mogen zijn, iets met een harde cover, zeker voor kleine kindjes. Maar dat kan je ook ergens anders kopen. Snelle levering.

  Overall the products are great and easy to purchase and the pricing as well as delivery efficiency are greatly appreciated One main gripe however is the weakness of the hinges between the frame and the end pieces are far too weak and too often break rendering the glasses useless, it's impossible to repair them I've been told there is a 2 year warranty but I'm not sure how to get about having them fixed or replaced, to date I have 8 pairs which are useable hence why I buy new ones so often

  My husband has given me two pairs of Reading spectacles in the past two years and it am delighted with them. Unfortunately both pairs have broken on the hinges in exactly the same place, is this a design fault? He has since replaced them (luckily he had some in reserve). Apart from this irritating problem I love them! I am sure my husband is very happy with your website.

  First bought from IZIPIZI at the store in Soho, and loved the variety and designs at very reasonable prices. I'd obviously prefer to be in London to purchase in person, but buying on the website is easy, even when a return is needed.

  I love the glasses. They are the nicest looking reading glasses there are I think. But they are extremely flimsy and do not last long. The arms always break off after a few months or less. Then I have to buy another pair. I have bought at least 50 pairs but this is because I like them. Please try to make them stronger. Other brands, eg Goodlookers, do not have this problem.

  your service was excellent. I purchased folding glasses , unfortunately they have a default (keep breaking at nose bridge). Izipizi was very cooperative and replaced them a few times. Unfortunately they kept breaking because of same problem. I was now told that you would not replace them again so I changed them for regular model. Bottom line I wanted folding glasses but had to go for regular. This is disappointing. I must state that the service and yours sales persons were very good
