  The frames are beautiful, I loved them since the very first time I saw them and tried them. The material they are made of is very pleasant to the touch. BUT... but they have a terrible, very terrible quality. The frames are cracking where the frame attaches to the earpieces. Sometimes even a gentle touch or movement can cause a crack, like when you take them off with one hand. And if you, by any chance, touch them a bit stronger or hit them with a hand by mistake, be sure that you broke them. The quality is very bad. I genuinely don't get it, why they will not improve the quality of their glasses. Two stars are for the design side.

  The service has been excellent but I wanted green lenses, which I got, but I didn't want mirror and they have arrived with mirror. I think the information on the website could be clearer. If you think it's a website information failure and would be prepared to offer me a free return, I would prefer non-mirrored sunglasses.

  Purchased these glasses for my fiancé, I love them on him and he has owned several pairs. Unfortunately the glasses arrived with one of the lenses loose and jiggling around inside of the frame. You could visibly see that lenses weren't cut properly and did not fit securely into the frames. The return procedure is quite (unnessesarily) detailed, but they have been returned. Once refund is provided, I will repurchase and hope to leave a more favorable review.

  Reading glasses are ok as a backup pair but uncomperable to those tailors by optic for you. However the frame is super comfortable. So I wish the lens quality was higher, while the style and comfort are great. And sad you don't have half numbers in diopters.

  Great sungrasses, good quality and fast shipping from Izipizi‘s side. The only minus point is the delivery with DPD. I‘ve chosen the delivery at a 24H drop-off point and DPD sent it to a location opened only until 5 pm. I could not pick up the package in time for a kid‘s birthday.

  An expensive mistake as I ordered the wrong strength and when I went to return the glasses I realised they had to go to France and the cost of return with tracking as recommended by the company was £12. I returned the glasses, hoping I get a refund for remainder of cost. I will buy the glasses again as they are a good product but will buy from a shop in the UK.
