  I purchased sunglasses for my 18 month old. The elastic on them is too tight..leaves marks. The elastic needs to be adjustable or this part of the sunglasses should be made from velcro which is more comfortable and easy to adjust to fit.

  I have ordered several of the #A in black, green, tortoise, and navy blue and they were great. My favorite glasses. But I also got a pair of clear in this order and frankly they were awful. Not only do they look slightly larger than the other colors but the frame material is so horribly slippery that they literally will not stay on my head. So 5/5 for the other colors and 0/5 for the clear. I'd return them but I broke my leg shortly after my order arrived and I could not get upstairs where I had put them for two months.

While our KIDS range is designed for children aged 3 to 5 years, this is based on average head circumferences derived from WHO growth standards and internal wearability studies. For this model, the recommended head size is approximately **47 to 52 cm**. However, we know that children grow at different rates and head shapes can vary significantly at the same age. If your child is already above the 52 cm range, it’s possible that the frame might feel snug. We're currently working on making this sizing information even clearer on our website to better guide parents.   Lovely sunglasses - so helpful to try them on virtually - and they really suit me, the shape and colour too. Good communication re parcel arrival and not too long to wait even though it was coming from France. Unfortunately my puppy swiped them off the table and destroyed them before we could get them from her - but I love them so much that I immediately re-ordered (and will keep them very safe from puppy this time!).

  After a couple of days I was wearing the sunglasses a steam snapped from the hinge. It was definitely a problem of fabrication or low quality plastic. I have been trying to exchange them ( return them first) but customer service hasn't answered yet ( inquiries sent a couple of days ago).

  I like rh glasses very much and the site is very user friendly. The model I like didn't have the optic prescrition I need and some colors were unavailable. I have to replace the glasses often because they break always at the same point.

  I love your reading glasses and I am a regular customer. However, your hinges are weak and break easily. I treat them so carefully, but I'm lucky if they last 3 months. At $50 each, this gets expensive.

  I ordered 2 pair of glasses. On pair sunglasses which were fine but the readers I ordered were so tight on the sides of my face, I think they might have been child size. I spent a bit of time trying to figure out how to contact the company and finally found the email form, which I filled out explaining my issue . When I went to send the mail the "send" button would not activate. So much wasted time. I finally had my husband figure out how to return the glasses, but for that I am responsible for return shipping. At least They have a US based return center and I didn't have to pay shipping all the way to France. Very disappointed with both getting a ridiculously small size frame and for an awkward website.

  The glasses are one of the best available outside of a formal Opticians They fit well and sturdy Many similar glasses tend to see the arms work loose over time and are not easy to retighten while Izipizi glasses don't have that problem
