  Your contracted carrier UPS declined to ship to my address in US (Hawaii) and returned to Izipizi. After contacting customer support, I was told had to reorder with a shipment address on Continental US, some 2,500 miles away from where I live, and notwithstanding I have multiple prior orders shipped to my address in Hawaii.

  Really bad ... specially if you want to return the item. I had to pay extra 12 euro to return an item whereas in other companies ..they do it for .. you don't have to pay to return an item. I returned the product via DHL.

  Glasses are not only stylish but well-made. I use them for reading and keep a pair on me at all times. The last ones lasted me over two years before they broke from just excessive use. I consider that a good deal.
